Matej, Steen or Matty Wethers as senior reserve all season as well as solid top 5... yep, slightly stronger last season... We are pretty much a 5 man team at the minute although I understand they are trying to sort out the number 2 position but Luke is going to take a lot of time to settle into regular PL racing...

Shads is right. .. I remember speaking to a few riders a few years ago before the Andersons came in.. The track was bumpy.. had more dirt on and teams were worried about coming to our place... that was the advantage we had; the fear from other teams! That's all gone now! Regardless of the teams we have, there appears to be no real advantage to us!

I don't think you get how Berwick fans feel.. Against Glasgow we were 12 up.. Yes, they had their TR in Heat 8 but then proceeded to go on and win by 5... Tonight against you lot.. Heat 8... A 1-5 would have been VERY unexpected giving that Sedgman had not scored up till that point.. you then pull away from that point... We seem to switch off somewhat in the 2nd half of a meeting.. happened last season too... Must say... It does get very disheartening when you've followed your club for so long and still don't have much in terms of success that you've seen or can remember seeing (other than 2 4TT trophies; I don't remember being at Oxford for the Gold Cup even though I was). It really is sad to read this... but things need to improve dramatically!

Former devil Ryan Fisher.... I used to really dislike the bloke when riding for the Monarchs. Tonight though, that was just sad to watch! A very very big shadow of the rider he used to be... nowhere near being competitive! The real show stopper from tonight was Jakobsen. . He will be number 1 for Rye at the end of the season.. he really is something special!

Still stand by what I say... result was never in doubt regardless of the fact we were a staggering 2 points ahead at one point!

Yep! Expected result.... Even more reason now why fans won't be returning! People thought I was being pessimistic last week! No, I was and am a realist!

I see the same happening tonight as last week... superb 1st half for Berwick.. Edinburgh then throw a TR in somewhere, claw those points back and a 5-1 to them in 15 to take the win.... Cynicism aside.. any Monarchs fan who thinks they'll take nowt from tonight is a bit deluded in my mind... or is that just a reason to big yourselves up more than some do already?

Don't expect much from David here Tigers fans....

We are Scott because it's the truth! We have a team who gate some time but when they don't, they are gonna need a track to try and work with! You wouldn't mind a loss as much if you had entertainment in the process but last night we had a loss with a poor track.... One meeting will already get people thinking...

I'm a realist actually whose been through thick and thin and will continue to part with my money but there's a few who won't. . No getting away from it!

They were there for the taking though.... your average fan (unlike the die hards who have been year after year) will ask how you could throw away a lead like that... another home loss next week because Edinburgh quite frankly have our place sussed now... you can see Sheffield pushing us when they come in the league at the end of the month... Workington the week after in LC... crowds won't part with 15 quid to watch a losing team for too long!

Back to how it was last season... decent 1st half performance and a 2nd half crumble.. said to me Mam I wasn't counting me chickens after heat 7... didn't want to be proved right though! The track was not conducive to any racing whatsoever... ach well, least we'll be behind from the start next week rather than lose it in the last few heats! Will still be at Glasgow later today god forbid! Should have also added it was good to see Luke get on the score chart!

If he performs how he's started up here you'll be eating your words big time!

That's all I wanted... Thanks Gaz... tell your fellow supporter to be a bit more courteous... you've had a lot of changes to your stadium and with still being a relatively new Mum I wanted to know what would make the day easier for myself. That is the only reason I asked!

A good beating on Saturday is what I believe most of us are expecting...anything other then that is a bonus... I'm also disappointed we aren't utilising the full points available to us with Ben's average (and that is in no way any disrespect to Matej)...
