Preview round 6: Piraterna – Rospiggarna #Tv meeting, live Eurosport 2 18.00 BST /19.00 Swedish time. race card: https://www.mediafire.com/?nvy4qad2mw1ihjy Piraterna Greg Hancock (K) Bjarne Pedersen Darcy Ward Simon Gustafsson Chris Holder Linus Sundström Fredrik Engman Rospiggarna Andreas Jonsson (K) Jonas Davidsson Mads Korneliussen Timo Lahti Chris Harris Grzegorz Walasek Kim Nilsson Piraterna only have two wins so far and mostly because Darcy Ward and somewhat Chris Holder haven't always performed as good as you can expect from such top class riders. While Piraterna normally are very strong at their home track called Dunteberget, Rospiggarna have surprised everyone with their very impressive start to the season, despite that their expected heatleaders, Jonsson, Walasek and Harris have been below their normal standard. The biggest shining star so far is Mads Korneliussen which many not considered to be Elitserien material and even less an Elitserien heat leader. Dunteberget is usually a very good track so I expect some good racing on Tuesday. Ikaros Smederna – Indianerna Ikaros Smederna Grigorij Laguta Oliver Berntzon Magnus Zetterström (K) Mikkel Michelsen Peter Karlsson Linus Eklöf Grzegorz Zengota Indianerna Fredrik Lindgren (K) Antonio Lindbäck Piotr Protasiewicz Kenneth Bjerre Niels-Kristian Iversen Joel Andersson Mikael Max Unfortunately the mess with the qualifier in Berwick have lead to that Kenni Larsen suddenly have to race in the SEC qualifier in Debrecen on tomorrow evening, some 2000km south of Smederna's track, This means that Kenni cannot ride on Tuesday which is a very big blow for Smederna since Kenni. in Smederna's two home meetings so far, have scored 26+1 from 10 heats. Smederna have have started the season with two wins at home and two narrow losses away. Neither Grzegorz Zengota or Michel Mikkelsen have lived up to the expectations and Zengota was not picked for last weeks meeting. However with Larsen unavailable both Zengota and Linus Eklöf will get the chance this week. Indinerna have started the season in a quite miserable way with only one win although they have had injuries on Lindbäck and Bjerre. There are several question marks for Indianerna. What is Lindbäck's status? Only 7p in last weeks Allsvenskan meeting, how well is Bjerre? Any problems related to the previous injury? How is Pepe feeling after his concussion today? Mikael Max have been left outside the lineup for two meetings due to his abysmal start to the season (9p from 13 heats in Elitserien and 11p from 8 heats in Allsvenskan) but was picked last week and was picked for this round as well. How good is his form? With Kenni riding in Hungary I think Indianerna with or without Pepe should be considered to be favourites. Smederna are strong at home but without Kenni we are pretty week. Västervik – Vargarna Västervik Krzystof Kasprzak Daniel Nermark Hans Andersen Davey Watt Troy Batchelor Peter Ljung (K) Ludvig Lindgren Vargarna Martin Vaculik Pontus Aspgren Peter Kildemand (K) Artem Laguta Adrian Miedzinski Ricky Kling Billy Forsberg Västervik have still not won a meeting but perhaps that will change now when Kasprzak is back in the team. Vargarna have been a bit up and down and have currently won two out of four meetings. Vaculik showed great from tonight and I think Västervik's track will suite Vargarna's better then their own track so I think Vargarna will win this, I don't know if Nermark will ride or not since he also rides in Debrecan. Elit Vetlanda – Dackarna Elit Vetlanda Leon Madsen Emil Sayfutdinov Jaroslaw Hampel (K) Tomas H Jonasson Tai Woffinden Jacob Thorssell David Ruud Dackarna Patryk Dudek Joonas Kylmäkorpi Nicki Pedersen Mikkel B Jensen Michael Jepsen Jensen (K) Dennis Andersson Robin Aspegren Perhaps the biggest clash of this round, Real Vetlanda vs. Dackarna. Vetlanda have actually only won two meetings but neither win was especially impressive. For this week Magnus Karlsson have been replaced by David Ruud who makes his first meeting of the season. Dackarna on the other hand had won their three first meetings when they lost away against Smederna two weeks ago. I think Vetlanda will win this one due to the fact that I think they are better gaters then Dackarna and that is very crucial at the Vetlanda track. 2014 European Speedway Championships

Of course it matters. You cannot put fixtures on already occupied dates. If there is a SEC quali meeting FIM obviously have to respect that but FIM are very good at digging the grave of SGP with their actions. -

Doesn't qualifiers to championships and other similar official FIM-meetings have precedence over league meetings? Possible not for reserves though? -

Well they had a Gp in Gotheburg a few years ago, it rained well before the first start but the local organizers+FIM staff+BSI pretended that there was no rain and went ahead with the meeting anyway. -

I think Covatti will take the final place. He's tied with Kim Nilsson at 6 but Covatti will surely take at least 1p from Blue against Korbin. -

Dunno if it works but there are some geo-unblocking addons for firefox which might allow you to purchase the Swedish stream (cost is around £7). Don't know what they're called though. There will be a decision taken at 19.45, if it still rains at 19.45 (30 min from now) meeting will be postponed. Målilla decision will be taken at 19.30 (15 minutes from now). Dackarna-Piraterna is off. New date is 23/6. https://twitter.com/DackarnaMalilla/status/473879598284177408 -

Greg Hancock (K) 2. Simon Gustafsson 3. Darcy Ward // doubtful. 4. Bjarne Pedersen 5. Chris Holder 6. Linus Sundström 7. Fredrik Engman Also weather will be a factor tonight, a weather system with plenty of rain so we'll be lucky if we can get through this round without any cancelled meetings. update 16.31, it has started to rain very lightly in Hallstavik. live scores: http://www.svemo.se/sv/Grenar/Speedway/ As mentioned above Vargarna - Elit Vetlanda is postponed due to rain and the meeting between Dackarna and Piraterna looks a bit doubtful as well. For that meeting a new decision will be taken at 18.30 Swedish time. http://www.corren.se/sport/motorsport/piraternas-match-i-fara-7030258.aspx Rospiggarna-Ikaros Smederna and Indianerna-Västervik are still on. Not looking good in Hallstavik either; https://twitter.com/BjornOldeen/status/473862756480090112 Nor in Kumla: https://twitter.com/WMSK_Speedway/status/473862337771094016 https://twitter.com/bb_rekarn/status/473862873236914176 http://www.smhi.se/vadret/nederbord-molnighet/1.27021 The decision in Måilla was to wait another hour but by just looking at the radar images you can see that the rain probably won't have passed by then. Kumla is also looking more doubtful while there's still hope for the tv-meeting, Reports from Hallstavik says that it haven't rained that much and that the track can handle some water. It won't start at 19.15 though, probably closer to 20.00 Swedish time if the meeting will be run tonight.'' Indianerna - Västervik is off.
