  1. Nasty crash in ht 1, dennis lost it out of bend 1 and it carried away straight into the fence. He is up and but seems a bit dizzy. but bike is wrecked And fence need repairs. Expect a delay.
  2. He was intended to ride and was registered in the preliminary lineup. However due to his fall yesterday he will not ride and I expect R/R for him.
  3. Well the weather forecast is the same for all tracks and that forecast is rain. Besides the video quality of the other broadcasts is probably to low for TV.
  4. Its not looking good weather wise. A low pressure with plenty of intensive showers will be moving up over eastern Sweden during tomorrow afternoon and evening. http://www.svt.se/vader/sverigeprognos
  5. Elitserien 2013, round 3, May 21st Elit Vetlanda - Indianerna Elit Vetlanda Martin Vaculik 1,714 - 1,545 Thomas H Jonasson 1,579 - 1,000 Jarek Hampel 1,964 - 1,818 Mikkel B Jensen 0,925 - 1,000 Janusz Kolodziej 1,950 - X Jacob Thorssell 0,677 0,833 Ricky Kling 0,508 - X total average 9,317 - 6,197 Indianerna Emil Sayfutdinov 1,688 - 1,000 Joonas Kylmäkorpi 1,241- 0,429 Piotr Protasiewicz 1,836 2,273 Rune Holta 1,279 - 1,200 Antonio Lindbäck 1,469 - 1,250 Niels-Kristian Iversen 2,462 - 2,000 Mathias Thörnblom 0,682 - 0,333 Damian Balinski 0,561 - 1,500 total average 9,939 - 8,785 Elit Vetlanda are the reigning champions but they have started the season in a quite weak manner, In the first round the narrowly won at home against Vargarna and last week they were completely lost away against Ikaros Smederna. There are two changes for Vetlanda for this weeks round. Ruud and Zmarzlik out and Kling+Kolodziej in. Indianerna with perhaps the strongest squad in Elitserien haven't started the season especially well either. A big loss away against Västervik in the opening round was followed up by another weak performance at home in round 2 with a narrow win against Hammarby, Hammarby - Vargarna #tv meeting# Hammarby Grzegorz Walasek 1,803 - 1,727 Leon Madsen - 2,015 Artem Laguta 1,630 - 2,000 Rafal Okoniewski 1,432 - 0,333 Mikael Max 1,446 - 1,500 Sebastian Aldén 1,000 - 1,333 Alexander Edberg 0,540 - 0,200 9,866 - 7,094 Vargarna Tomas Gapinski 1,721 - 1,250 Kim Nilsson 1,164 - 1,375 Peter Kildemand 2,000 - X Grzegorz Zengota 1,556 - 1,444 Adrian Miedzinski 1,600 - 2,000 Pontus Aspgren 0,679 - 0,571 Anders Mellgren 0,750 - 1,222 8,695 - 9,863 Both Hammarby and Vargarna have lost both of their meetings in the first two rounds. For Hammarby Loktaev and Karpov are out, they are replaced by Rafla Okoniewski and Leon Madsen, Alex Edberg is givena a new chance despite that Hammarby have Robin Aspegren in the squad. Vargarna fields the same riders as last weeks 1p defeat at home against Västervik, although Apsgren and Mellgren switches positions. Race Card for tv-meeting: http://www.mediafire...t3svqvt8s8z3ate Ikaros Smederna - Dackarna Ikaros Smederna Andreas Jonsson 2,071 - 2,000 Magnus Zetterström 1,328 - 1,286 Grigory Laguta 1,600 - 1,500 Krzysztof Buczkowski 1,646 - 1,900 Peter Karlsson 1,672 - 1,375 Oliver Berntzon 0,500 - 1,250 Kenni Larsen 0,941 - 2,200 9,758 - 11,511 Dackarna Patryk Dudek 1,609 - 1,700 Dennis Andersson 1,119 - 1,222 Fredrik Lindgren 1,646 - 1,909 Simon Gustafsson 1,250 - 1,250 Michael Jepsen Jensen 1,651 - 2,200 Patrick Hougaard 0,786 - 2,000 Mikkel Michelsen 1,032 - 1,250 9,093 - 11,531 A very interesting meeting between two good teams. Smederna had one of their best meetings ever last week and Dackarna have two straight wins. Last week Laguta and Kenni scored maximums for Smederna with Buzz only beibng one place away from a maximum as well. Since Laguta and Kenni both rode well in this Sunday's Polish league rounds with Kenni scoring another maximum. The 4th in one weeks time. Smederna have the exact same riders as last week and at the same positions. However I do not agree with Jimmy's positioning of the riders. I would like Laguta at nr 5, Buzz at nr 3 and PK at nr4. Dackarna took a very solid win over Piraterna last week and the use the exact same team this week as the did last week, Västervik - Piraterna meeting postponed due to fog, will be re-run on Wednesday June 5th. . Västervik Peter Ljung 1,415 - 2,091 Tomasz Jedrzejak 1,679 - 1,444 Chris Harris 1,682 - 1,583 Daniel Nermark R/R 1,719 -X Hans Andersen 1,424 - 1,200 Troy Batchelor 0,895 - 1,800 Ludvig Lindgren 0,841 - 1,625 9,654 - 9,744 Piraterna Jonas Davidsson 1,356 - 1,800 Greg Hancock 1,892 - X Przemyslaw Pawlicki R/R 1,722 - 2,000 Linus Sundström 1,455 - 1,286 Chris Holder 1,719 - 2,300 Anton Rosén 0,782 - 0,778 Fredrik Engman 0,500 - 1,000 9,426 - 9,163 live scores: http://www.svemo.se/speedway
  6. Dackarna have brought in David Watt as a temporary replacement for injured Darcy Ward.
  7. Sorry I mixed the meetings up, It was Kenni's meeting that was aborted after 7 heats.
  8. Yeah it was aborted after 7 heats according to Kenni Larsen.
  9. Vetlanda were surprisingly weak, but to be fair on them, they've lost Madsen, Emil S and Crump from last season so they're not as strong as they have been. However Hampel, Vaculik, THJ and Zmarzlik should have done better. From Smederna's point of view, its good to see that Kenni Larsen continues to show good form. Laguta, Zorro, and PK bounced back from last week, Andreas is just as steady and reliable as he "always" is in Elitserien. Anyway here's a pic of my filled in race card: http://i.imgur.com/fue1Qqx.jpg Also Kenni's time in heat 2 was a new track record (for meetings with the new silencer). His time was 60.2 seconds.
  10. Heat 10, looked like a 1-t out of the gates, but a very smart first corner by Kenni took him up into the lead, AJ managed to secure a third going out on the second lap. Then into the second bend on the third lap, AJs move on Hampel.
  11. Excellent start by Smederna. Very impressed by the Danish rocket Kenni Larsen.
  12. I think that is a risk that Smedernas meeting gets delayed. The other meetings should be ok. Ok, you're on your own now, I have go to the bus. Be nice to each other.
  13. Its currently raining in central Eskilstuna at the moment. There is a smaller rain area that needs to pass before 19.00 http://www.smhi.se/v...sverige-1.27021
  14. Name(s) is spelled differently in different languages/alphabets due to the transliteration from other alphabets. Loktaev is how its the English spelling of the pronouncation of his name. Loktajev is the Swedish spelling of the pronouncation of his name. The same with Laguta, Grigory in English, Grigorij in Swedish.
  15. Photographer Sebastian Skog visited Smederna's practice earlier tonight: http://www.sebastianskog.se/2013/05/traning-pa-smedstadion/
  16. yeah Loktaev would be the English version and Loktajev the Swedish version of the name. Its called Transliteration.
  17. Two changes for the meeting between Dackarna and Piraterna, no R/R for Ward as Simon Gustafsson will take his place and Joel Larsson is replaced by Mikkel Michelsen. Greg Hancock is replaced by Maciej Janowski.
  18. So good folks, its time for round 2 and Smederna's first Elitserien meeting at home for almost 4 years. The weather forecast looks a bit mediocre to decent depending on where you look. The preliminary teams for the tv-meeting between Ikaros Smederna and Elit Vetlanda will be the following: Ikaros Smederna - Elit Vetlanda Ikaros Smederna #tv meeting# Andreas Jonsson Magnus Zetterström Grigorij Laguta Krzysztof Buczkowski Peter Karlsson Oliver Berntzon Kenni Larsen Elit Vetlanda Thomas H Jonasson Mikkel Bech Jaroslaw Hampel David Ruud Martin Vaculik Jacob Thorssell Bartosz Zmarzlik IMO Buczek and PK should have been swapped as PK imo is not a heat leader. race card for this meeting: http://www.mediafire.com/view/?tb2ur308s48mwef Dackarna - Piraterna Dackarna Patryk Dudek Dennis Andersson Fredrik Lindgren Darcy Ward Simon Gustafsson Michael Jepsen Jensen Patrick Hougaard Joel Larsson . Mikkel Michelsen Piraterna Greg Hancock Maciej Janowski Jonas Davidsson Przemyslaw Pawlicki Linus Sundström Chris Holder Anton Rosén Fredrik Engman Indianerna - Hammarby Indianerna Emil Sayfutdinov Antonio Lindbäck Piotr Protasiewicz Joonas Kylmäkorpi Niels-Kristian Iversen Damian Balinski Mathias Thörnblom Hammarby Alexandr Loktaev Leon Madsen Artem Laguta Mikael Max Grzegorz Walasek Alexander Edberg Sebastian Aldén Vargarna - Västervik Vargarna Tomas Gapinski Kim Nilsson- Peter Kildemand Grzegorz Zengota Adrian Miedzinski Anders Mellgren Pontus Aspgren Västervik Chris Harris Daniel Nermark Peter Ljung Tomasz Jedrzejak Hans Andersen Ludvig Lindgren Troy Batchelor Also have in mind that even though some riders did very well at the reserve last week, 12 heat is required before the floating average decides if a rider goes into at 1-5 or at reserve. Until 12 heat is reached, season entry average will decided positions for reserves. Blank race card: http://www.mediafire...vgojoajl26ns3rb live results: http://www.svemo.se/Speedway/

  23. kommentator says in case of a tied result in the meeting there might be an extra heat. Great comeback by Holsted.
