  1. My prediction is that Lejonen will win easily at home and will finish first in the QF table. The most interesting part is whether Smederna or Västervik will win with the most point to finish second. Personally I think Västervik will finish 2nd with Smederna 3rd and Indianerna fourth. Lejonen will then choose Indianerna which leaves Västervik vs Smederna.
  2. Due to a crash in Poland Dimitri Bergé is not fit to ride which is why Kowalski is in the lineup for Indianerna.
  3. Explanation to PHB's exclusion. He was from heat 10,, wanted to discussion it with the referee which the referee declinened. PHB then became very angry yelling, throwing helmets around. https://speedwayfans.se/markliga-scener-i-avesta-hellstrom-bangs-avvisades-fran-arenan/
  4. Something really happened in Avesta in round 1 of Allsvenskan semi finals. In the comments for heat 10 it says "Philiph utesluten från arenan pga osportsligt uppträdande" which in English means Philip H excluded from arena due to unsportsmanlike conduct. I have absolutely no idea what happened....... https://ta.svemo.se/Public/Pages/Competition/DrivingSchedule/CompetitionLiveResult.aspx?Branch=Speedway&Columns=CompetitionInfo,Branch,Name,Organizer,FromDateShort,LiveResult&DateFilter=TODAY&pagesize=10&IsArrangeable=true &ShowSearch=true&Style=SvemoWebsite&CompetitionId=17327&ShowAll=true
  5. Official standings (scroll down a bit);: https://www.elitspeedway.com/slutspel-2025/ It seems teams are ranked like this; Team points Rider point quote (won divided by lost rider/heat points) Where the team finished in the regular series Smederna and Västervik have the same amount of team points (2) and won with the same score (46-44), Västervik are however ranked above Smederna since Västervik won the series and Smederna finished second.
  6. Lejonen, Smederna and have 2 points and the other teams have 0 points Riders scores will be used to sort teams on same points. So even if a team won big mer oone and looses second meeting they will have 2p. A team that won one meeting and ties the second will be ranked above than the other team.
  7. Update on Przyjemski. He suffered an ankle fracture and a small back fracture.
  8. Wiktor Przyjemski had a heavy crash in Hallstavik. Ambulance helikopter have arrived on scene.
  9. They did but stopped well before DSc took over the rights? Why? Could it be the same reason that DSc are unable to host round in Australia? The cost of arrangibg a round in Australia or South America is very high compared to lets say the German GP. Everyone and everything will have to be transported by airplane and/or by ship, and someone will have to pay for it (it won't be Dsc). This leaves a local club or promoter who are unwilling or unable to pay what it xosts, especially since the financial gain are to be higher than the cost .
  10. Tomrrow's Swedish youth championship final will be live at this lin. Start time is 13.00 Swedish time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chD21JJSdKU
  11. I'm not a BSI fan (rather the opposite) but BSI/IMG weren't better then what or rather just as bad as Discovery are. DSC had made som minor tweaks but in general the GP circus is stil the same. Don't really understand the love for BSI. They had the rights for ages but hardly changed anything the past 10 years.
  12. Yesterday's U21 final https://www.facebook.com/100072210395576/videos/3738267153139347
  13. I have on social media that the geoblock has been removed and that streams are now available world wide.
  14. Rasmus Karlsson is the Swedish U21 champion in 2025. Casper Henriksson 2nd and Erik Persson third.
  15. Tuesday next week (19 August) Dackarna-Västervik Indianerna - Smederna Rospiggarna - Lejonen. Tuesday in two week (26 August): Västervik-Dackarna Smederna-Indianerna Lejonen - Rospiggarna. https://speedwayfans.se/vastervik-och-smederna-har-gjort-sina-val-de-mots-i-slutspelet/
  16. Calender for QF can be found here: https://www.elitspeedway.com/match Västervik and Smederna will make their choices at 21.30 Swedish time. Will be shown at ESS play but subscription is required.
  17. live results: https://ta.svemo.se/Public/Pages/Competition/IndividualDrivingSchedule/CompetitionLiveResult.aspx?Branch=Speedway&Columns=CompetitionInfo,Branch,Name,Organizer,FromDateShort,LiveResult&DateFilter=TODAY&pagesize=10&IsArrangeable=true &ShowSearch=true&Style=SvemoWebsite&CompetitionId=16724 I think it mainly will be a fight between Rasmus Karlsson and Casper Henriksson-
  18. It's points quota (won points divided by lost points) and not points difference Lejonen point quota is 1.094. Rospiggarna point quota is 1.071. If Lejonen were to loose with 40-50 they would have 634-593 which is 1.071. In that case Rospiggarna will finish third due to more won rider points.
  19. start list for tomorrows Swedish U21 final which is held at Kalvholmen track in Karlstad. 1. Adam Carlsson, Westerviks MSK 2. Jonny Eriksson, Rospiggarna SK 3. Noel Wahlquist, Westerviks MSK 4. Erik Persson, Gislaveds MK 5. Melwin Glimfjäll-Johansson, Nässjö SK 6. Sebastian Glimfjäll Johansson, Örebro SF 7. Casper Henriksson, Gislaveds MK 8. Alfons Wiltander, Gislaveds MK 9. Linus Claesson, Nässjö SK 10. Harry Lundahl, Karlstad SK 11. Daniel Hauge Sjöström, Målilla MK 12. Milo Sjö, Nässjö SK 13. Leo Klasson, Mariestads MK 14. Albin Sigvardsson, Gislaveds MK 15. Oskar Evertsson, Nässjö SK 16. Rasmus Karlsson, Kumla MSK 17.
  20. My prediction is that the league winner will pick Dackarna. Indianerna or Rospiggarna isn't a that big difference IMO.
  21. Fredrik Lindgren won again. Kim Nilsson was the best after 5 rounds (16 heats) but as many times before Freddie takes the title. Perhaps rules should be changed to make who has the most points after 16 heats the champion.
