AS said in first post. In 2011 its mandatory with two Swedish riders in the 7 rider lineup for Elitserien of which one have to be a Swedish U21 rider and that rider. In Allsvenskan there have to be minimum 3 Swedish licensed riders in Allsvenskan lineups one of them has to be a Swedish U21 rider. The u21 riders can only be replaced once per meeting which means that they have minimum three rides/meeting.

the Venue will be G&B Arena in Målilla again but currently no decisions have been taken about what weekend it will be held on. However i would guess that it will be sometine during the second half of the summer? information will be available at this website http://www.speedwaysm.se/ (it still shows info for 2010).

hmm tigrarna already have three guestriders so i think they need to put him in Tigrarnas squad and then use him as guestrider for Hammarby?

the fixtures Elitserien 2011 have been released but i only have info about the first round so far: May 3rd: Vargarna-Västervik Vetlanda-Piraterna Indianerna-Dackarna Lejonen-Hammarby Allsvenskan and div1 fixtures are delayed due to the uncertain whereabouts of Griparna.,

its 7 riders/meeting and maximum 2 guestriders/meeting. and i also agree with f-s-p Svemo hasn't really been that good lately. Regarding their independence well the teams have an association of their own and this association is behind many of the suggestions/changes that we see even if Svemo are the ones that, in the end, takes the decision.

Svemo rejected Hammarbys request to make an exception for Linus Eklöf. Instead Hammarby now signed Andreas Messing as a guestrider.

Dackarna have shown interest to sign Linus Eklöf as a guestrider. Linus also have an offer from Hammarby about becoming a guestrider but this offer is dependent on a exception from the rule that a rider cannot sign as a guestrider for the following season, with the team he was registered with the past season.

Div 1 team filbyterna have decided to close their 500cc team. As the reason they say that they cannot afford to buy an airfence which will be mandatory in div1 from next season.
