  3. i disagree with you. i always though that the the leading rider chooses racing line first? and besides is there any rider who doesn't close the door when coming out of the corner? Most riders drifts out towards the fence Should Nicki just let Antonio pass without trying to defend the 1st position? Antonio should know better then to try to pass Nicki on the outside because there is never enough room to go on Nicki's outside. ANd it was ANtonio who ran into NIcki and not the opposite. Its pretty lame to always accuse Nicki of being the cause of an incident. Everyone seems to base their opinion on what the newspaper says so wait with your judgement until you have an actual footage of the event.
  4. Antonio Lindbäck was brought to hostpital after a severe crasch tonight i denmark. apparently he ran into nickis rear wheel and fell and was hit twice by the other 2 riders. Reports say that he hit his head and that he complained about pain in his neck and back. http://www.dr.dk/Sporten/Oevrig_sport/2008/04/30/211838.htm
  5. if you dont see a speedway advert look for a motor advert that says "Dags att Varva Upp See alla race här" currently it says Mugello (DTM). if you click on it you will be taken to Canal+'s all motorbroadcasts. There you will be able to browse with your keyboard arrows among upcoming motor broadcasts.
  6. reports say that he is a bit reckless but fast, very fast. Have seen him live once and unfortunately he was very fast.

  15. http://live.sportowefakty.pl/ekstraliga.htm
  16. I've just read that speedwayfans in Czech Rp. and Slovakia will be able to watch Swedish elitserien on Galaxie Sport.
  17. Where did i mention Kaparna? Eric, Zagar was banned last season (2007) in england for not showing up for his english club's meetings when has was assigned to ride for his english or wasnt he? Apparently he had sicknotes as an excuse but instead of curing himself he rode in meetings in Slovenia while being "injured"... not especially admirable. Like a spoiled brat.. Matej got talent for sure but its such shame he is gonna waste it...
  18. nothing is really going on. Dackarnas has expressed a wish/intrest in putting a roof over the stadium. Also while im at it Zagar will ride for Hammarby this season. Cant understand why someone would be intrested in a no-show guy like Zagar.
  19. Hey Smedstadion- Eskilstuna is further to the west, you've manage to locate the horse race track in Sundbyholm the coordinates are these: 59 24' 58.51" N, 16 22' 37.14" E
  20. i think freebies are not included since usually official attendence means the amount of paid entrances or?
  21. i have no Google earth links but if you goto: http://kartor.eniro.se , type "Skansberget, Eskilstuna" where it says "var", press "sök" and then click "flygfoto" you will be able to zoom in on "Smedstadion".
  22. the latest seasons the entrence fee for adults (older then 16) has been 9.5£ Not in Sweden either
  23. There hasn't been any league speedway on Swedish tv this season only GP broadcasts.
  24. I Can recommend Gothenburg. A Fantastic city. Gothenburg has allot to offer no matter if it comes to accommodation, restaurants, cafés or things to see or do. Getting around in the city is easy thanks to trams and buses. Read more at: http://wikitravel.org/en/Gothenburg http://www.goteborg.com/default.aspx?id=528 IMO Gothenburg is one of Europe's finest cities. The Racing is probably not as good as on the permanent tracks. There are direct flights to Gbg-landvetter with City Airline from Birmingham & Manchester and from London with SAS and there are airport coaches taking passengers to/from the airport. Ryanair also have flights to Gbg-City AIrport (Säve) from Stansted, Luton or Gatwick. for a full lists of destinations to/from Gbg-landvetter see http://www.lfv.se/templates/LFV_InfoSida_Bred____34329.aspx säve: http://www.goteborgairport.se/
  25. Yes but so did all their riders except Nicki or? The latest rumours is that Hammarby is intrested in Zagar.
