just got home from Smederna-Piraterna, about halfway Smederna looked like they were heading for an easy win. However Piraterna got closer and closer until Jonas Dvaidsson and Krzysztof "Buczek" Buczkowski managed a 4-2 in heat 15 after a very nice pass on Sullivan by Buczek onthe back straight on the final lap. Daniel King did another great match with his 9+2 and he has now scored 28p in the 3 latest meetings so we're very pleased with him. Daniels first heat he missed the start and was last from the tape but with in a lap he had passed both of the Pirates riders and secured a 5-1. In his Second heat he had a rocket start from gate 4 and won comfortably. In his third heat he again missed the start a was third after the first corner but he managed to catch and pass Sullivan to secure another home 5-1. Poles Buczkowski and Miskowiak also did good especially Buczek who gave the audience a treat some nice passes. True, but the forecasts are very uncertain so far and there is a risk that the eastern part of southern Sweden will be struck by a major weather system that will come from Poland. This weather system can give up to 50mm of rain. Hopefully it will go more north/east over the Baltic countries and Finland.

unfortunately both swedish SMHI and Norwegian Meteorologisk Institut. have rain over Målilla for the entire afternoon and evening in their forecasts.

Indianerna -Smederna, Västervik-Dackarna and Piraterna-Lejonen have all been postponed to another date because of rain. Västervik-Dackarna will be re-run on Thursday along the two other postponed meetings from the previous round.

if he is supposed to take a break why is he picked to ride on tuesday?

apparently AJ has left the meeting. according to official reports he refused to ride more on a very rain affected track. The orgianizers held a rider meeting about wheither to continue with the meeting or not. The riders agreed that they should continue with the meeting after track preparations since the rain, for the moment at least, have stopped.

about 10 minutes ago the decision was taken to not continue with tonight's meeting. The U21 Final will be re-run at midday on Sunday. The track was to affected by the rain to continue.

some information for you. Kim Nilsson and Andreas Messing has both withdrawn from the meeting and Andreas has been taken to the hospital with a knee injury. I have no further information about Kim but after his crash he was up and walking by himself. Due to the amount of rain the past days the track has allot of grip which seems to cause problems for the riders. The continuing of the racing has been postponed until a new ambulance arrives.
