Maybe most of us (it can never be all, no matter how good the team), are happy with the team and are now doing our Christmas shoping........I've been doing my Christmas shopping and I am also very happy with the team. Roll on March, another season where I am looking forward to it starting.

In the grand scheme of things, 50p a week increase in admission costs for an adult is not too bad to be honest, at least they kept the child price the same (huge sigh of relief from here on that one!) Not too sure on the loss of a programme for season ticket holders though....

Oi! I am no southern softie...not even got the heating on yet and when I did venture up country, I was the only one NOT moaning about the cold Mind you, think the alcohol a certain Monarchs fan 'forced' me to drink may have had something to do with it

Blimey, I actually agree with Snackette! I said before the season started that I would be happy with a mid table finish as although we looked to have a decent team on paper, speedway is not run on paper and injuries, a riders loss of form etc all play a part. Now must go lay down in a darkened room from the shock of agreeing with Snacky.....

At 4am, I think I will be having problems seeing the bikes on the track let alone people in the stadium! But, if I am up for it, I will have a go at spotting you.....can you lend me some matchsticks please?

Yep! The time of the Aussie meetings (in UK time) is just about ok and it would have been great if this GP could have had a similar start time but restrictions are restrictions and there is nothing that can be done with that for very understandable reasons. You never know, I could still be watching it if it falls on one of my all nighters for study, or on one of my "I can't blooming sleep" nights.

This is going to be an absolute begger to cover on Updates...can't see many updaters queuing up to update it (before anyone says it, I won't be!) It's bad enough getting up at stupid o clock for F1, not sure I would do it for speedway especially bearing in mind I haven't been exactly watching coverage at normal times this season (tending to watch the latter heats). But that is just me, F1 has always been my first love in motor sports.
