I agree it would be nice to have a grippy track,but what with the bikes they are today with the angle of the engines it seems everyone wants slicker tracks.I remember when it was a skill to control a bike on a grippy track but sadly that has long since gone.They (loram.etc)came from grass track to a grippy track but who comes from grasstrack these days.Only chris Harris.

i JUST WISH CHRIS HARRIS WOULD RACE HIS BIKE RATHER THAN COMING ON THE TV EVERYTIME SAYING "def we will be alright,wll just put that race to bed and move on!!!"hOW MANY times is he going to say that or does he just want to get his monster drinks can on tv and dont worry about racing.

GOOD post spook,i cant understand these other people who say the danes are used to slick tracks,EVERYONE was faster than us .You cant tell me Adrian Rymal as good as he is can come to coventry and be on the pace and we were NOT.AS soon as people come round and see a bit of sence and get people in the pits like Dave Jessup or Malc simmons over seeing things and the little details that help the team go forward.I say again peter johns does Adams engines just get him in to over see whats happening.

thanks for the info but dont countrys federations put a little cash in to help ,as they are racing for their countrys not themselves.

Just watching the wtc from coventry we seem to be clueless on what set up to use at coventry despite all the boys being track experts.I just wondered if someone can tell me do other countrys get more backing for tuning engines for their countrys than us,as we were a mile off the pace.Do other countrys use one tuner to see overall that the bikes are ok.i think C Harris still uses swedens Brian A nderson but do the swedes use him too!?And scott uses a polish tuner now but still has no power.Think we need independent people in the pits to help and also leading up to this event.jUST GET SOME ENGLISH TUNERS IN THERE TO HELP OR HAVNT WE GOT THE BUDGET FOR THAT.

i think we either need one expert tuner in the pits or we need to go undercover and see what the other teams are doing!!!I cant beleive peter L form for Sweden for example,he had the correct set up from the start and he doesnt even race in this country!!There must be something in the bike preps because yet again we were a mile behind at the start.Now wheres peter johns an english tuner who does l.Adams engines? someone with that much knowage and is british is wasted by not getting him in the pits.

Would have thought Ricky Kling would have been a better bet than peter l as hes been going pretty good in the EL

Just wondered if anyone saw the object that came out of kniels bike in the race in heat 1.was it the silencer that fell off or something that his pit crew failed to take out before he lefted the pits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOOKING at the size of the ref maybe he kept on pooping out to the fast food booths when the racing started and had to rush back to make the call.He was most most prob annoyed that his aussie and danish burger got cold,so he ordered a pederson burger!!!!!! PS YES IVE LOST THE PLOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did anyone see what object came out of nki bike in heat 1.It looked like cushion,but kelvin and nigel failed to spot the object!!!!!!!!!!!

I know its a million chance that it happens but nikki could loose control of the bike when going back to the pits,then what will people say.The pits in denmark were miles away from the track so there is more chance it could happen.

After watching the grand prix in denmark is there anyone at the track who carries out bike checks as nikki wnt into the pits yet again with no cut out on his wrist and also Iversons pit team changed his rear tyre on the track and just chucked the dirt deflecter back on without anyone checking.i know these are small things but rules are rules and someone should be in that area to check these things.

Does anyone know where the 2008 would under 21 champion is riding in 2009? he seems to keep a low profile,wondered if any uk club came in for him.chris holder who finished 2nd to him is making great strides in his career,hope he has the correct people behind him.
