Ill answer yes i have made mistakes tho none on the level that Darcy has but id like to think i learnt from them and changed who i am as a person so i didnt keep making them what i didn't do was come up with crap excuses and generally blame everyone else for those mistakes.

We all agree he should be pubished but its the length of time that causes arguments. Personall i think he should be banned untill the beggining of the european league 2016 not because i want to see him strung up but because i want to see him properly punished for the mistake he made and IMO that ban is correct. Im not bothered how talented he is or who he rides for quite simply what he did warrants a ban of that length. He hasnt learnt anything from his previous misdemenours and wont learn anything from this unless he is punished properly

Darcy has put on twitter he expects to be back at three of his 2014 teams. Hope the FIM keep there bottle and rightly ban him so he cant be

Even with a poor team we humiliate them.

Dont think he would achieve that over a season but would be a top rider at this level. Maybe worth a gamble

Id love to see a return for Adam Roynon! Would be an absoloute steal on his average and could be fitted in to reserve with some sense

Atmosphere is a big issue IMO. Bothing worse than being stood around with nothing going on

I actually disagree a little with the rules thing whilst i think it is partly responsible for people walking away i dont think it has much to do with the lack of people coming to the sport. When you take someone new generally they dont care about rules etc. As i said on another thread the biggest problem i had encouraging people to come back is that its an absoloute s**t hole

Ive never seen Silver at his best although im told he was amazing. I remember Martin Goodwin being excellent and i always liked Trevor O Brien aswell

Neath instead of Silver. Then move Woffinden to reserve and Neath at 3, that team would be amazing

Saw some discussion on a lack of team riding and it got me thinking on which type of Speedway i prefer to watch. Although i was brought up on team speedway i now much prefer it as an individual event (GPs etc). If a teams two riders pop out of the gate then thats usually it for the racing (i know sometimes they get split etc) what i like about individual speedway is that there can still be a battle over position no matter who gates and where they are. Thought it might be interesting to discuss

Im not looking for brand new stadiums but not standing in a complete s##t hole would be nice. Its not that expensive to buy some paint and get a cleaner for the toilets is it? I realise some dont care as long as the track is good but many do care and i cant see any value of paying £20 ( admission + drink) to stand in a dump praying that i dont need to pee

Terrible attitude from some on here. Yes there the edge of the problem but they are still a problem and a reason why both newbies dont come back and oldies walk away. Ive tried to take several newbies every single one has commented on how run down or basic the so called stadiums were. Its part of the whole value for money argument. Its very hard to convince someone who has no connection to the sport to continue to pay £16 to stand in a dump. Have the clubs that dont own there stadiums enquired about a lick of paint etc??
