i was the Jim Bowen champion in 85. rode in very very wet conditions, a very young Gary Havelock rode in that meeting and his dad pulled him out after a couple of rides.

he lost the inside soon as he lifted. even holder couldn't block him, (tungate)

He lifted too much at the wrong time, going into 1st bend so didn't hold his line.

should of walked that race not looking good.at all.

it was a couple of hours after it had finished, so was watching it on replay. just guessing how far forward it went, because it was nearly 4 hours long, you didn't have to move it forward much, to cut out the other stuff.

i watched later on ,on bsn. luckily for me i just fast forward, so done in half an hour. give it 5 out of 10.
