Will he get a work permit with not rideing in his countrys championships? i get lost with these rules these days they keep changeing..

Facundo Albin should have most definately been signed by Berwick in my opinion, i think Sheffields gain is Berwicks loss...

Any particular reason why it should move to Dunbar are rather than stay in Berwick?.

I personally think you could be plesantly surprised with Albin if he can sort his gateing out over the winter, i just cant help having niggles in thinking Berwick may have dropped a rather large clanger letting him go..

The tactical option was ok when the rider on a tac ride came from 15 mtrs then they worked for the extra points, the present system gives them points for nothing and the joker in the world cup was exactly what it said on the tin a complete joke.. i honestly think it makes a complete mockery of the sport.

Have our crowds been that bad, Peter Waite didn't have as expensive riders as Complin, Alden and Ashworth. So how much were they on then you obiously know as you state peter waite had cheaper riders........

Just so we all know could you please enlighten us as to how much Complin, Alden, and Ashworth were on or are you just guessing again ?.

I can assure you there is most definately an IF. Berwick have been awarded these meetings in the hope that things can be sorted in time for next season if not then the meetings will be switched to another track, there is no crying wolf here... This is FACT not speculation like your post and people really need to wake up to this fact because when its gone its gone...

Can any of us come up with ideas that would be good for the Club, i am lucky that my Wife and 2 Daughters split the cost of a Season ticket which is my Christmas present, could we possibly have say books of 5 tickets or even 10 available for Christmas presents for those who maybe cant afford a full Season ticket the books of tickets could be used at any time through the season, this sort of thing gives the club finances up front for setting the new season up. Maybe i am barking up the wrong tree but i mentioned it to my Brother and he has asked his Mrs and 2 Daughters to do the same, but this sort of thing needs to be promoted now to give people plenty time to get it sorted. Another bonus for the club is that i cant afford to pay myself and the mrs in every week but its no problem with me haveing a ticket i just pay for one so in my opinion its a win win situation i am sure if plenty people showed an interest in it the promotion would take the idea on board. Well is it a good idea or is it crap :t:

You have hit the nail on the head the Promotion need to be shown that there is a future for Speedway at Berwick it has been said many times use it or loose it, at the minute we have the choice of wheather to go or not but if it aint running then that choice has gone this Season has been riddled with injuries and bad weather if you think your pi**ed off with it then think how the promotion feel, this promotion have Speedway at their hearts and really care so please can we drop any negativity and everyone turn up it will make thier night to see a cracking crowd supporting the Bandits, and i dont care what anyone says about this cup it is still a cup final and YOUR BANDITS are in it just grab everyone you can and be there ...if it cold then just put another coat on ...

Really would love to see Berwick do enough in this match so we can see another meeting at Shielfield this season, i suppose a lot will depend on the guests both teams use, will Joe Screen make a return for this match or will it be the Fish, and who will replace Josh, I would imagine Glasgow will have to use a National League guest for Mason Campton who according to reports at Sheffield on Sunday is flying back to oz this coming Saturday flight been book for quite a while so cant really blame the lad. Im not sure if Berwick will be useing Kauko as first planned or if it will be Nick Morriss, either will do for me but it would certainly end the Season on a higher note if we could make the final, we just need to avoid getting beat by 11 points or more ...Can we do it ? what do you think?

I see its still reduced admission for our next two matches. It really is now time to get that mate to come along to the speedway. I know the lad next to my daughter who started going with his young lad a few weeks back was saying to me last night he did not have a clue what to do this Saturday night since he has no Speedway to go to. I know I have said it before and been shot down by certain forum members as an arse licker but these people in charge at Berwick really do care about the supporters. They have put their hard earned money into this. Now its our turn to try and help out by bringing a mate and tell that mate to bring his kids remember they go FREE bring two mates if you can. This promotion have turned Berwick Speedway into a club we can all be proud of. Everyone wants success but success comes at a price and we the supporters have to pay our share of that price by turning up and spreading the word. Speedway is struggling all over the country that is why supporters not only from Berwick but all over need to do their bit. I know I would not like to be a Workington supporter at this time but heres hopeing they can pull things around. I know we have rivalry with our local clubs but we need them and they need us every bit as much. I await the usual name calling .but I hope not as we all need to pull in the same direction...
