They should have been at Berwick Saturday 28/7 then Oxford away 2/7 and Redcar away 4/7, then home to Berwick on Sat 5/7. Those were the fixtures listed in the Plymouth match programme.

Tate had an excellent race at Scunthorpe last week, close to other riders. I don’t doubt that his injury may on his mind but think Edinburgh’s track had something to do with it as well.

He’ll be a big miss when he isn’t riding, glad we’ve got to see him at Workington.

Seeing James Wright mentioned, he was a great rider for Workington in the mid 2000s.

Troy spoke well at the end of season do, he genuinely seemed to enjoy being at Workington. I’ve been a fan of Cook since he started and was disappointed when it was said he was leaving, Andrew Bain talking about Troy signing did mention him being ever present.

I’ve liked Cook since he first started with the Comets and hoped/expected him to be still here. Bachelor is a good rider though and had some great wins, yeh be good to hear who is coming. Expect there’ll be announcements next week. Hope so!!

Very disappointed if Cook has gone, won heat 15s when I heard some saying someone else should have been in.

More passing and better racing at Workington.

Celine Liebman, I believe was on a 4pt assessed average at Workington. Replacing her rather than Sam meant a higher averaged rider could be brought in.
