Don't think Bomber fell off by himself tonight. Thats the problem with the brits they always "hang onto it" and try and RACE!! A few lesser men dump it immediately. Whereas as we saw lastnight when something/body touches NP he falls straight away hoping for another persons exc.Can give but not take. Whenever NP head goes up and he looks 'ever so slightly out of control' you can guarantee someones in his firing line. Adds a bit of spice to a meeting though Come on Scott and Bomber in Cardiff lets have something to shout about!! A bit more banking there too will add a racing line.

argh!!! can someoe excplain to me how Bomber got 7th place to qualify for semis. Surely with him being excluded BEFORE Nicki it should be Nicki in 7th and Bomber in 8th. Wrong semi final. Or have I missed something ????

Oh God help us all!! Ah well lets hope the "interval" entertainment will be an improvement...dont suppose Take That will hang around from the previous weekend and give us a few songs!! We're going to Cardiff and enjoy whats on offer..still a good event to support.Hope the weather is good too.

Yep its definately happening in 2011 just found this Speedway spectacular to hit Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium 25th May 2011 Fast and furious family fun, the FIM Doodson British Speedway Grand Prix at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium is right up there with the biggest events in the British motorsport calendar. The fun will start in the Fanzone on St Mary Street (from 11am) and the Grand Prix will start with pre-event entertainment in the Millennium Stadium, followed by the Grand Prix and finishing with a fantastic firework display. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes the event last year was a great addition to the day...haven't heard if its happening again for 2011 but think it may have been a 1 off last time for the 10yr anniversary Also does anyone know if the stadium is open again on fridays practise day for ticketholders?? If theres anyone heading to Cardiff area on friday 24th there are rooms available at Hilton Newport on J24 of M$ A48 Chepstow road(half hour drive to Cardiff)rooms suitable for 4 adults at £87 inc breakfast Don't think that price is beatable!! Its 14 day adv prepay but also available at £145 which is cancellable on the day no money taken. Its not available for the GP night but may suit fans wanting to be down before the saturday and then heading straight home after Gp. Stayed there every year and great hotel including leisure centre.

Take a peep.....maybe they could be there the week before for a practise session.....wouldn't be the worse entertainment before the Gp!! Would make a change and add something to attract the new generation ie "kids" a bit of mystery etc with a different celeb each time. Can't be any worse than what the "promoters" are doing now!!!! Which is nowt basically. I know a few people at towns where there is a speedway team and the locals thought it ended years ago!!!

Usual in Vojens then although.... weathercheck says saturday afternoon/cloudy with sun with chance of showers and saturday evening/cloudy and clear skies with SLIGHT chance of showers. Hope this meeting goes ahead with great racing and preferably a BRIT win!! Don't think i could stand another rescheduled meeting although that may please a few on forum and maybe then not on red button.

when u say at beginning of programme and review, do you mean when they are showing a snip of previous Gp before proper coverage of the gp..is it that music?

Apols for delay...have been back to watch the said recording but unsure of the music u need info on. Is it the music which is use regularly for speedway intro music etc for GPs or a tune specific to that one meet. Bydgoszcz Gp 17/0/2009?

Yep Cardiffs not a sell out so why host a second Gp In UK/GB? Pleased when attending Cardiff every year since started there and I do appreciate the roof.....at least when i pay for the ferry from Ireland + hotel for the event I know the meeting WILL TAKE PLACE (or at least it should, unless repeat of Gelshenkirchen fiasco!!)...that was a one off hopefully. Why should anyone want BSI/IMG to leave The Millennium Stadium Cardiff and head back to a London Stadium?? When in a few years time when it suits they will be told to leave when the pitch is invaded by tyre marks, shale or other event which doesn't suit. Same as the " Bradford Bulls" wanting Odsal all to themselves!! argh!!! If its not broken don't fix it!! Loved the Fanzone area..hope its there again in 2011 really built the day up before we went into the stadium.

Sorry but has there been an announcement about Emils return to racing and whether he'll be in Cardiff or not?? I have visited his website and an icon on racing page says he will be racing July 10th Cardiff and also news on Official GP website sounds like decision not made yet.. re his fitness for Cardiff.So its not written in stone yet. I for one would to love to see him race there.

We travel over for the Cardiff Gp and so its an all day event for us, around the city and bay by day and into stadium early for the 'Full Entertainment Package!!'..pity this year there are no "headline" act to mark the 10th anniversary..just........Miss Frank and Ruth Lorenzo (x-factor) YUK!! as stated in todays S/Star.

Hope it ha a future But think the sport needs to have a rethink...re:- constant rule changes etc need to get publicity...could be via superbikes TT race etc by getting those racers into coming to speedway as it would benefit ALL motorcycle sports. Just look at mark webber!! all the plugs JC gets on tv when he's talking!!

Always thought a team of skydivers would look good coming through the roof at Cardiff!! Any Chance?? Great to see Royal Navy getting involved...hope it doesn't drag on like those heliospheres last year. Thay were good but went on for too long. Is there a music act aswell??
