Nicki Pedersen won, but because of point system the real winner was Tai Woffinden. You can discuss, but most points are most points. Opponents beaten are opponents beaten. we still dont know in poland what we need and probably you should wait. n and cyfra will soon merge into one (but still both platforms will exist) and from what we know (very few info anyway) there will be new channel which will show speedway (especially polish league).
