i dont see why the moderators should pull the plug on this workington 2019 thread . it was started with good intention for the good supporters of workington comets and gives the fans hope and something to hang onto . i could understand if it was 12 months out of date , but its not and its keeping interest in the sport for worky fans and followers . the forum will not gain anything by closing it down , but when the time comes to relight the comets fuse all that momentum will have dwindled away . after all , fans still talk about Hackney,Long Eaton and Canterbury on here as if they are still running . get a grip Weston .( super moan )

err ,didnt Kyle turn down Glasgow and signed for workington in 2019 because he wanted to reward the club for sticking with him in his debut season. ? not a good start to 2018 for him , but the club stayed loyal to Kyle and he came into form for the play off and other finals . . beating some high end riders into the bargain as well .... even the son of god !

you could say that about most championship and premier teams in 19 . use it or lose it ..

its a pity riders old and new just cant jump on a bike and be world beaters . looks like everyones opinion of a decent lineup varies between us humans .. i would pay money to watch this line up . its for a good cause and i hope it gets a good following .
