  1. I have seen some piss poor Stars teams over the years but up until now the various management teams have kept the fans informed and made team changes when needed. Not now.. The current management tell the fans sod all and don't seem to do anything. They might be happy with the teams performance but Im not.
  2. It seems to me that Buster doesn't care about the Stars team anymore. Crowds will drop, he will say it doesn't pay, and then he can pull the plug and blame the fans for not supporting the team.
  3. I spoke to someone who went last night and he said it was terrible. Only one good race and the rest were won from the gate. Waste of seventeen pounds.
  4. Surely after tonight's mauling the Stars management will make team changes. They can't go on as they are.
  5. It is the knock out cup. And the Stars are going to be knocked out.
  6. Looks like the Stars are being mauled by the Wolves.
  7. Where has the rumour that Holder is missing tonight come from? Don't think the club would dare to keep quite if it were true
  8. Porsings leg isn't broken. He is in alott of pain and has gone back to Denmark. Hopefully be riding again soon.
  9. Don't think I will be spending my cash on this fixture. Stars will be no match for Wolves over 2 legs.
  10. Never said it was easy. But every other club seems to manage..
  11. Why is it other clubs make changes when riders are not doing well but Kings Lynn don't? Is it that riders don't want to ride for Lynn or can't the club management be bothered to make changes?
  12. Is it certain that Kai is missing tomorrow night? No word of it on Stars website.
  13. Jake Knight rides at number 7 on Wednesday.
  14. The plan from the promotion is to say nothing, take people's money on Wednesday , and don't give a toss what the fans think.
  15. Dan Halsey has had his best years. And they weren't great. He will never be any better he is only just above useless.
  16. A few posts back you said last nights call off didn't cost anyone any money. Your last post seems to have blown that statement.
  17. To say nobody lost any money last night is wrong. Some of the riders might have been relying on there wages from last night to pay bills. I know the meeting will take place sometime but riders might need money now. It was a big mistake by the club not to run last night.
  18. Kings Lynn have clarified the reason for tonight's call off was due to strong wind. I have never in my 50 years of watching speedway known a match to be postponed because of wind. I have stood at Lynn in rain , hail and watched the frost form on top of the safety fence and the meetings carried on. I find tonight's excuse pathetic.
  19. Lovely evening now. Wind has dropped to a gentle breeze. No rain forecast. Here I am at home when I should be watching the Kings Lynn Stars v Rye House. Buster put a stop to that for some unknown reason.
  20. Calling tonight's meeting off is a joke. Sun is out. There's a good drying wind and no rain forecast. Makes me wonder if Buster wants a speedway team at Lynn.
  21. I certainly don't think like Trees. To me her comment about Diddycoys is racist. I am not a racist. Where I live we get hundreds of Irish travellers in the village every year. While some misbehave it's not all of them. Lastly how does Trees know it was travellers that stole Nicks bike?
  22. Perhaps Trees would like to get on the mic tomorrow night and give us all her definition of Diddicoys. I sure some of us would like to hear it.
  23. Happy with the win last night. Not the best racing again but good to see Simon Lambert get amongst the points. If they can get Porsing going Stars will be a force to be reckoned with.
  24. Hopefully a home win. Apart from Doyle can't see any Robin troubling the Stars.
