Carr rode straight across Neilsen i think it was and was correctly excluded, however the ref let the race go and only put the red lights on 3/4 of a lap later... Correct decision but ref totally made a mess of getting there... The Morris incident, he was in front and was a bit naughty nearly putting aarnio up against the home straight fence as ge was coming past, tjen a lap later he was passed by both diamonds either side on the home straight.. He dived between them, causing contact and his own downfall... Again correct decision imo. Thought it was a great meeting on a very good track, summers in a league of his own and looking very fast, in fact very very fast really and nearly came a cropper chasing the dirt... Highlight for me though was Richie nearly on the dog track on bend 3 and winding it on... Not seen many in 30 odd years that wide and that fast. Heart in mouth stuff but great to watch. Liam Carr has came on loads and was well on the pace all night, All diamonds rode well but Lawson and Morris wernt too clever by there standards. First time ive enjoyed live speedway in a good while, breaks wernt too long and great racing.
