Surely a club who releases a rider from their 1-7 cant then dictate when and who he rides for? Thats draconian,and restriction of trade surely?? Howe deemed surplus to requirements by scunny, signed by Glasgow move on... As for it being bad for Scunthorpe speedway, they shouldn't have replaced him in the first place then this wouldnt have arose.... Cant have everything, not least trying to tell the opposition what team to track.
