    Hiya, Sorry I should have replied sooner...

    got my head in another place at the moment.

    No, I no longer ride, I packed in many years ago now, although the silly beggars at Ipswich (Trackstaff) did persuade me to have a go at the mechanics race 2 years running around 2002ish. Frightened the life out of my Mrs the second time, so I had to promise no more racing, at any level.
