  1. Confirmed on the BSPA site that it is the same team for the final. Middlo has talked to Mark and is not fully fit yet, and has put his faith in the 5 riders that got us to the final!! Screeny is getting a new faster engine for the final, which will hopefully boost his score!! Good on ya Middlo!!
  2. I think its a great idea, we might not win the World Cup but letting the likes of Bomber and Steady ride can only benefit us even more in the future due to the experience of this yr!! They are the riders we will be looking to and so should be given the experience!! Whoever we track it is goign to be harder against the Swedes, Poles and Danes in the final!!
  3. Surely Middlo has got to go with the 5 riders tonight who have done us proud!! Bomber and Steady showed they are up to the task and Screen, Scotty and Rico pick themselves in the team!! Nigel Pearson was on about bringing Loram back into the team but in my opinion the team should be kept the same for morale, team bonding and spirit!!! Come on the Brits!!
  4. Great performance from the Brits and I hope they keep the same team for the final with Steady and Bomber doing us proud!! Would say that Bjerre will definately ride for the Danes in the race off in the place of Gjedde!!
  5. Fair play to Rico on a great performance and passing Nicki was an awesome ride!! If only he could ride like that most of the time and not have so many off nights!! But who cares about that, lets repeat that performance in the World Cup Final!!
  6. Get David Norris in, his performance at belle vue was shocking!!
  7. Good luck to Steady, round Swindon he should be fine!! Wroclaw is a big track as well so Steady for all the World Cup in my opinion!!
  8. I think the BSPA have got to nurture riders such as Lewis Bridger, Josh Auty and make sure they get the treatment and devoted time which has helped riders such as Lindback and Hampel get to where they are!!
  9. Yeah its looking doubtful!! If that happens then Scotty and Lee will not be riding at Oxford tomorrow!!
  10. Both of them shouldn't be on that day!! If the Polish playoffs were supposed to be on that day then so they should be!!
  11. After last nights performance at the Vue, Screeny has to be in with a shout!!
  12. Said in the Belle Vue programme last night that it was on the 21st!!
  13. Dun think Chrzanowski, Rico and Sullivan will be in it next year like you have already said!! There will be one Brit in next year probs cos of the fact that we have a Grand Prix and surely it will be Nicholls!! Would love to see more young riders in the GP's stepping up and having a go like Lindback has done with KK, Bjerre and Zagar being the obvious choices, but I do have a view that the World Under 21 winner should get spot number 15 in the series!! Top 8 will be: - Rickardsson, Crump, Nicki Pedersen, Lindback, Adams, Hampel, Andersen, Hancock,
  14. Ales Dryml has won the nod over brother Lukas to be the wild-card entry at the FIM Czech Grand Prix at Prague's Marketa Stadium on Saturday July 9. The Dryml brothers both rode in last year's GP series, finishing equal 21st on 22 points. Ales has had a better 2005 season than Lukas, and he gets the chance to ride in the Czech Grand Prix for the fourth successive season. Brother Lukas and veteran Czech international Bo Brhel will be the two reserves in Prague. From www.speedwayworld.tv
  15. Well done Daniel King, hope Wrighty and maybe Kennett can join ya there!!
  16. Surely the team must be: - Loram Norris Nicholls Richardson Stead, Harris Swindon and Wroclaw are both big tacks and Steady is the obvious choice!! I think we need to move on from Screen, Louis, Havelock and Barker to give the young guns a chance!!
  17. It was Lewis Bridger who won the first heat, with Josh Auty second, Ben Taylor third and Joe Haines last!!
  18. Crump was not unfortunate to be excluded in the race with Hancock, Greg just held his line and Crumpy did not shut the throttle off and just ran out of room!! His third exclusion was desperation and could have caused serious trouble and injury for the other riders!! Was a terrible move!!
  19. The way Tony rode last night in the final was unbelievable!! I was just sat along from the second bend, top tier and it looked as tho he was going to be sucked under the fence but just carried on with the speed and almost rode on top of the bottom of the fence!! He is in a class of his own and with Crumpy feeling the heat last night with 3 perfectly good exclusions in my view and most of the Cardiff crowd he is feeling the pressure of being World Champion and is back to just how he was a couple of seasons ago when knocking Rune Holta off!!
  20. If you come from the north you don't have to go on the M50, well we don't anyway!! Were going on the M6, M5 and then the M4 to Cardiff!! Wots up with that??
  21. Yeah when we went 2nd time we parked in the train station car park, which was better than parking in the multi-story we did the 1st time we went!! When we got back from the Stadium, must have had to queue for an hour or more to pay for the ticket at these 2 meters!!
  22. No way will the GP go to Wembley cos the facilites will not be built suitable such as having the turf being able to be moved!!
  23. Good luck George and also Josh Auty who will prob be riding!!
  24. Hope ya mean his world title cos Hancock won at Cardiff last year!! Anyway he won't cos Rickardsson will have number 6!!
  25. Final will be made up of: - Crump, Rickardsson, Nicki Pedersen, Nicholls
