I have only just caught up! I hadn't realised SCB had been 'hauled over the coals' and suspended! I have to say, he wouldn't have been my first choice or even tenth choice of forum members being suspended! Add to that, we have lost TWK! Not a good start to the new year!

I would NOT tar TWK with the same brush, as the poster you are referring to. TWK, in my opinion, offers only honest thoughts and suggestions.

I have had a look at the site and whoever has taken it over, is thanking the previous owners/creators for their efforts in getting the website up and running in the first place. Therefore, any future content shouldn't be attached or associated to those previously involved. Looks a good site to me, obviously out of date with some stuff, but the previous owners did a good job!

I hope you get to the bottom of the situation. Computers and the internet are wonderful on one hand, but there are many negative and worrying sides too.

I personally think, £16.00 admission, plus travelling, plus programme, plus refreshments, per person, is difficult for most people to afford, OAP or not. But then, the costs of speedway for the riders, promoters and fans has been fully discussed many times over on the forum and nothing changes.

Maybe, but 44.7% of those that went to vote, said yes. And who is to say that those that didn't vote, if they had to, would have tipped the balance to a 'yes'. Whichever way you argue the figures, a lot of Scots wanted to and probably still do want to, break from the UK. And in my opinion, fair enough.

44.7% did! But Tai might not be saying he is British.......only his passport says he is British.

I think the general public is more nationalistic these days, especially with what is going on in the world. In my opinion, I think we should only have an England team. Only recently the Scots voted to break away. I think many feel we are/have losing/lost our national identity and perhaps Tai's lack of respect whilst the national anthem is playing is to some, another example of people not giving a damn about our country.

Which is a bit of a shame for Tai, if he would rather be classed as an Australian rider.

IF Tai does feel he is more Australian than English/British, why is he riding as a British rider? What is in it for Tai?
