How many of those last night are on email ? how many would return even if they had an email, you need to look at the damage not only of last night but many nights through the season and the promise of the track being changed last winter

Ok, so it was good that they emailed people to say sorry but how many of those people are on email who left early and how many will return, this is not the first time they have messed up, its been happening throughout the season. Also last season people were saying the track was wrong, did they listen to the fans then, no so why do people think they will listen now, they are running scared that this was the final nail in the BP coffin when fans have really had enough. Back to last night, does anyone think apart of the problem could of been caused partly by taylor and attwood apparent dislike of each other or is this not the case,just a thought

So i take it you want leicester shut down then as a top meeting like yesterday shows fans are losing patience at BP by either not turning up or by walking out way before the meeting had ended and you hope just me will stay away, you need to wake up before leicester is doomed for another 28 years.

Mick, just found out the answer to your question it was tony Steele who was ref and jason attwood who was clerk of the course last night, also apparently there was about 5 people left in the stadium when the aussies did there victory parade at around 10.30pm straight after heat 15. For you to be unhappy says alot for last nights meeting at BP but it seems your not alone,3 people that i have spoken to who went last night said thats it for the season,as they have had enough of the meetings being dragged on too long up there this season and its too cold now to hang around watching a tractor. tony steele put the red lights on as he couldnt get the tractors off the track and they still went round apparently i was told.

So what is going on at leicester ? what i heard about tonights shambles is really damaging for leicester speedway and speedway in general. Leicester cannot carry on with meetings taking this long with fans walking out after 10 races,

Just heard from a mate who left at heat 13 and said loads of people were leaving or had left and BP was nearly empty.. Sums up why i wouldnt go near the place until drastic changes are made

Will ben and josh be risked for a non important fixture like this before a crucial match for there elite league club against swindon, ben is carrying an injury and i would be surprised to see him there.

Speedway should be £10 at premier league & £12 elite league max look at leicester they want £16 the same as local elite league neighbours coventry, I hope they dont close workington

Simple thought to the OP question is that tai was given his HOME track Again to help him win a british final and still failed so what chance has he got in the GP series..

tai would be the most unpopular choice with the fans unless you are a wolves fan of course, he has done himself no favours with his attitude and many fans say he is not a likeable person and not a role model for kids,

He is not ready, you say he would be british champion had kennett not fallen off, if he was that good he would of beat scott and bomber but didnt, cook is the one coming through and will overtake tai next season.

Tai is simply not good enough for GP racing, he is a long way off that standard. Again, its bomber or scott for the one position if they choose to have one brit next season,this is how poor we have got in this country and the promotors bringing over riders to race at 6 & 7 is wrong.

Of course it would be nice to see the track changed at last but what a price to pay when the club have lost so many fans that may never return because he didnt do it before then. Home fans are bored now with the lack of passing and have put up with it long enough,sadly he put riders first over fans, not a good way to promote leicester speedway and its future.

I disagree about what you say about sam as would a number of people. So tell me and others who IS to blame about getting the track so wrong from a fresh canvas ? why wasnt it changed last winter, simple question. Not constant attacks at all, just a paying fans opinion and i am not alone in having these views either.

I dont see the club moving forward with hemsley there, he has messed up from the start and upset alot of people during that time,however the fact is BP put right would be a fantstic speedway venue with a new owner who really cares about the fans and the product would be great for the future of leicester speedway.

Love your reply, sums you up and why you support hemsley, No loyalty to popple who worked many many hours for free, this is all of what has been happening since day one and you sadly think like hemsley that its right to treat people like this? people who work for free soon wont and leicester will come unstuck because hemsley cant afford to pay people so i am told, he relies on alot of free help.

If he listened then leicester would of been in a far better state than it is now. You mentioned change of team manager and presenter, lions have a part time team manager and part time tractor driver on race nights, is this a good thing ? No You mention change of presenter, didnt popple move off the center green because of constant verbal attacks from people, you would of thought hemsley would of said something to defend him, didnt the guy do it for free? Leicester speedway could and should be so much better and as much as the return was good it has been ruined by one man who doesnt know how to run it and wont except advice from those who have years of experience including a world champion that could of made leicester a place to be proud of and possibly attract bigger sponsors and support from afar. How many people would be happy for sky to film speedway there?

him Mick,you are so wrong, i have no idea who ken is and have never met him, so get your facts right, i am a speedway fan and not in a group of anti hemsley, i solely think hemsley is an idiot for not listening to people and making leicester speedway the most boring track in the country. I think you miss the point, i am a speedway fan who was excited about the return of leicester, this has been a disaster comeback due to a promotor who hasnt a clue and wont be told, FACT why did sudden sam leave and many others ? You say about good meetings when ? its been another dire season,sunday was awful again,rye house match not much better,edinburgh match awful,you say its just me but its far from just me,lots of regulars are fed up too and a number of them refuse to go now until changes are made, you have to be easily pleased or stupid if you think BP is real speedway. yes they say the track will be changed in november but didnt they say the same last year too
