I always try to take my own water, (previously pre-chilled),,, but once the label on the bottle comes off, I replace it with another one. Its not based on being thrifty, it's more about the 3 R's (reduce, re-use, recycle),,, I don't do the, just chuck it over the fence thing, it just means someone else has to clear up you're sh!t,

Aye, a get what you say, but was thinking that the Seaton Burn site is just about directly under the flight path for the airport, so its noisy anyway, plus the A1 and A19 noise? Surely it's not time to get the white flag oot yet.

A think with limited availability, access to track and hoops to jump through, a new venue might get rid of those issues. A new venue could include other enterprises and not just speedway. Quad bikes, BMX, market stalls etc.

Maybe just someone to help with the heavy lifting. Am sure Rob has to put a lot if time into both or other businesses. Maybe some help with other stuff could work, allowing him to free up some time. Can't be easy juggling 2 things at the same time and, gadgy's can't do multi-tasking. A suppose in times like this, every stone needs to be turned over?

Totally agree,,, but it might buy some much needed time. In that time there will need to be some major changes and lessons learned, I believe Rob has good intentions, but,,, a suppose being sold 'a ringer' and the coronavirus carry-on has smashed it to bits before it started.

Give it a bit time for the dust to settle,,, a wouldn't have expected any good news so soon. Thanked Rob for being part of the team, will miss it and especially the banter with the lads and Rob sr. A did manage to get 2 things done that av been wanting to do tonight. Great memories.

'Coffee'??? If 'Diamonds' is playing during the track-walk am gonna have to take a hanky.

Newcastle 'off-night' is a Monday, which was last used in 2017 against Workington I believe. A think it was announced that if this Sunday was affected by weather, next Sunday would be used. The statement released after Sunday said that the individual meeting planned would not now take place. The fact there is a planned track walk after heat 15 would suggest that that'll be it, (for now anyway),,, also a heard that they've bought a big box of fireworks, (from Hector, hopefully).
