Yes that is the first of many steps, plus Mick Horton has asked Mr Sandhu if he is willing to sell it to the speedway family and is waiting for a reply.
As regards planning no application has been received as of yet and Mick may be offered a yearly extension at the end of 2016 season, but obviously that is not ideal.
It was an initial first meeting to discuss options and how best to get organised, I am sure the next meeting will be at a larger venue and very well attended by supporters and residents. It's more of a case of what measures can be taken immediately and not so much about the numbers of people turning up. The next meeting needs to be better advertised too as many people were not aware it was taking place.
