  1. Can the same be said for Jack Holder 😉 And to think some Poole fans were calling him the next Woffy when he was signed as a asset 😜
  2. May have cost Swindon points. I feel sorry for the lad. He was signed as a heatleader but he's not one. He was a very good reserve for Poole but was always going to struggle a bit in the top end of the team. Is concerning that even before his injury he was struggling to beat even reserves though in this years weaker league. Hopefully he will come good
  3. Poole should get something from this meeting. They are now strengthened having a Swindon asset in Daryl Ritchings who have lots of experience at the Abbey. How many times has Shanes been there? It's good news that Ellis is healed, however will his recent scores, I think Swindon were stronger using RR
  4. Sadly I think Watt looks ready to retire. Could always take up golf instead 😉🙈⛳️
  5. Last season he was riding at reserve for a lot of it or as a 2nd string. He's not a Premiership number 1.
  6. Kerr is now riding at Poole tonight due to Scunthorpe being rained off. This goes against what some Poole fans were saying about a rule where you can't ride if you were meant to be racing elsewhere and then it's rained off. No excuse for KK other than he didn't want to race for Poole or care enough about them losing points to do so
  7. CONGRATULATIONS @Josh96bates and his partner Courtney on the birth of their son Leo!!
  8. 😂😂😂😂😂 Joking aside, Kaspazak's lack of commitment already is poor. He actually showed a lot more commitment for the bees last year. He managed to come from a family funeral to race that night for us and also missed GP practice to race for bees. It was the SEC that meant he missed a few near the end due to us being a Friday track and our season being over. However for Poole there already seem to be a list of meetings he can't attend (or can't be bothered to) and that's before the Polish season has started, SEC or GP Challenger.
  9. Good guest for Poole. Ritchings is a Swindon asset and has ridden the Swindon track before
  10. Congratulations Somerset Garrity did say at Wolves on Monday that he was struggling with his bikes and needed more chances to test different set ups. Guess he got chance to do a bit of testing tonight 😉 It's called Karma
  11. That's good then as they never seemed to travel much to the away meetings at Brandon
  12. It must be a worry for Poole fans that Kaspazak is already showing such a lack of commitment to them and the season has only just started. Makes you question if he see the season out.
  13. Breaking news. Garrity in for Morris at Somerset tonight due to Morris. Losing his main engines today. He's on route to PJR now Bet they wish they had got KK back now. I love watching Garrity but he's not a number 1, that said Somerset have no number 1 either
  14. Fastest time of the season for Morris in heat 1. Can see why they didn't rush KK back, how many heat 1s at home as he won this season so far 😉
  15. Kaspazak has started the season in poor form for Poole while Morris has been riding well. That's the reason why Poole are sticking with the guest over their own rider who is free. Poole should be able to get 7pts today against a average looking Somerset team
  16. I'm not surprised by Rye House's poor start. I was more surprised when people rated them as a play off team or even title winners. As a bees fan I have watched 5 of the 7 in my team. The reason they are on bargain averages is due to a decline of form over the last few years or very inconsistent form. There is no real number one to the team. Watt has been shocking for a while now but often blames the tracks rather than himself. Sadly that's why he was let go by Poole & Leicester. They are average at reserve compared to some teams. Harris needs plenty of dirt on a track and then you will see the best of him.
  17. No of course not. i needed a link to show to somebody else but couldn't find one.
  18. Where is it confirmed that it's postponed tomorrow? If that is the case then how can they have a facility for a rider whos meeting was postponed in advance?
  19. BOSS will be running a coach to Rye House for the Challenge match on Saturday May 6. The coach will leave at 2.30pm, departure point to be advised. The cost should be £14, dependant on numbers. Anyone interested should contact Alan Goodman as soon as possible on 01788 562132. Share This: Facebook Twitter
  20. Think Belle Vue will win this Prediction 50-40 I have heard lots of positives about the track so far after the first couple of meetings. Sounds like it's even better than last year 👍🏻
  21. SUPPORTERS interested in car sharing for next Wednesday's match at Poole are asked to get in touch with us. If you plan to drive to Wimborne Road and could offer a lift to other supporters, please let us know your details and where you would be starting from. Likewise, if you would like to go to the meeting but cannot drive there, send us your details and where you would be able to get to in order to be picked up. Please contact info@savecoventryspeedway.com if this would interest you, and we will try to put you in touch with someone who can help. Though many riders now have either full-time or temporary places in other teams, all riders with the exception of Kenneth Bjerre who now races for Belle Vue have remained committed to riding for the Bees, meaning fans have a team to support on the road Wednesdays meeting at Poole Stadium starts at 7.30pm.
