Cooks bikes need a real good look at, I've always said it. How can he be so crap in the EL but yet flying in the PL. .... Obvious he can't away with his 'bike changes' , like the one he made last night. Never really sets the world alight on individuals either , he won the PLRC cos only one rider to beat, but other than that does nothing there either, too many checks going on there too. Cook is a bad loser and will do whatever it takes, fingers crossed one of these days his bikes get stripped , then lets see how good he is I heard he was refereeing at Northside the other week priceless !!! At least the young uns will know how to make a cracker of rolling start

Cook is an absolute tool on and off the track, his ego makes Blackpool Tower look small . Can't handle getting beat, to watch him struggle against Swindon, thought it might bring him down a peg or two.....obviously not going by his usual antics last night. Was a likeable lad when he first rode for Workington. Reached his peak in EL , never be anything other than a good 2 or 4 at that level, dream on Cookstar !!!!

What a friggin shambles !!!!!! For a start the track was different yet AGAIN, when are the useless track staff gona take head of the riders and do it to suit the riders not themselves , jesus they changed it all meeting and was still no good , Onto the riders, Chris mills, lovely lad but surely has rode his last match, for a rider of his experience for Liam Carr to overtake him its time to hang up them kevlars, not good enough!! Kyle tries and is going through some bad luck, and Wells is off and on like a light switch, if he was anymore laid back on the bike he'd fall ova . If he gets out then fine but apart from that pish poor , had to overtake tonight he was getting beat by a reserve, laughable . Not good enough , but as with last year nothing will change and she'l plod along with same same , but maybe this season the supporters will vote with their feet . Win the league who you kidding, carry on as they are and season will be over before the play offs

I'm not sure about the night tbh, would Fridays make a difference . You know maybe if he just tried a slight discount like this Sat for instance if there was to be a double header, anything is a worth a try . Them lads have rode their socks off this season and I know the team is decimated but 2 semi's and the playoffs is some achievement many other teams in the league would grab your hand off to be in our position . Lets hope Keith sees some sense and finishes the season off , we are not the only team struggling financially . Talk to the fans Keith you might just find out we are not aliens just human beings lke yourself and there would be a hell of alot of us devastated if the gates are to close

I am there every bloody week so yes I am supporting financially , I was saying about other fans not coming because of the team situation! As for Glasgow, Berwick etc, they must be losing money too but what have they done, reduced admission prices for certain for matches and tried to get fans back, but no not us he just pulls the plugs without trying anything, probably seen the prospect of a possible double header this weekend and instead of thinking of a slight discount to get fans through the gates he shuts. Yeah really , did you not see on here the scenario not so long ago regarding Adam, believe he complained about the track and bully boy family member of the Denhams didn't take it very well and had Adam by the throat. If the comets were running next season would have been very doubtful you would have seen Adam here

Okay then lets change it to the Owner/Promotor. He is an absolute jerk, what was stopping him from going on the centre green last Saturday to speak to the fans that were there , you know the ones that paid the £15 to get in its so disrespectful to them fans and riders who were there, but no instead he does the usual from behind the radio/newspaper and pulls the plug. Who the hell does he think it is . He has no people skills whatsoever. Its took him 5 years to ruin speedway in Workington and lose the best riders along the way, Stoney, Rusty,Gary Irving, Kake, Adam Roynon , all loved to race for Workington until they disagreed with him and that was it, bye bye never to be seen again , as the same with the fans he banned from coming because they said something against him on the forums . And now finally he plays God once again and doesn't even give Workington Speedway a chance to carry on under someone new, and do you know why because he is frightened they will do a better job than he has done, which lets face it wouldn't be bloody hard
