According to blob man it is only a pre-season friendly , as far as we are concerned there are no friendlies in a local derby get out there and pump them, glad i got that off my chest feel better now. On a side note i notice Blobby has made reference to follow the leader on the track can i ask if this is based on every home meeting last season Blobby or what are you basing it on 3 meetings against Edinburgh ? if so i would be asking about the away teams attitude on not competing with the home team.

It really only takes say a Lewis Rose to go to the next level which he is very capable of as long as he stays injury free and this team has a whole new complexion. Whilst i get what people are saying but you only need one rider to really kick on , also have a feeling that this will not be the team 4 or 5 weeks into the season i would urge people to keep the faith some may say a bit rich coming from a Glasgow fan but we also have seen the bad times more than the good , this team may just surprise you.

The new stretch of M8 Harthill through to Shawhead has certainly helped ease the strain and being a Friday it eases off earlier. Will be more congested getting out of Edinburgh than getting into Glasgow. But you know the Script give yourself 30 minutes finger twiddling time and it should be all good. It won't happen it will be a like for like change for JPB. Wether it is short term or for a longer period we will just have to see.

I get what you are saying but Sarj will be a strong reserve and i feel the balance especially in the top 5 is as good as any out there. I would leave as is as i say the JPB situation may only be temporary nobody knows what the situation is.

Won't really change much Sarj was always going to get the majority of rides from reserve. Lets see how it pans out may well be that it is only a temporary problem.

Your prerogative but this defeats the purpose in enticing new fans and indeed fans who stopped going for whatever reason. I know of no long term fans who abused this last season as we all recognise the bigger picture in what is trying to be achieved , but to say why should I pay because someone new is getting in for nothing is slightly narrow minded in what we are trying to achieve.
