  1. Surprisingly easy tonight not sure if we were that good or Sheffield were that bad think the former may be favourite. Have to Congratulate Lasse Bjerre on a very good visiting performance just as well really or it would have got to silly proportions score wise. For us every single rider done there job and not one failure in a very dominant display. But how well has young Jack progressed you can see how much more confident he has become.
  2. It was a Redcar fan with the binoculars can't recall who it was it will be somewhere in that thread. Still trying to get my head round why you would take binoculars to a meeting.
  3. True have to say he done a better job than the work to rule mob that were attempting to fix it slowly.
  4. Can see it being very busy again tonight I have another 5 newbies tonight and the six last week loved it and plan to attend tonight. Taking into account the bring a friend initiative 1100 paying customers is still impressive, some clubs out there can only dream of getting that amount Our owners are showing how it should be done.
  5. Our cut be in the post but Bacs transfer is better.
  6. Never sit on anything green so not affected by this generous charge.
  7. I have been banging on about an independent company with no club affiliations for ages. Not likely to happen though too many people's self interests would suffer , only way I can see the sport restore some credibility though before it is too late.
  8. Our heatleader trio have been supberb all season so not going to slate them on one performance. Peterborough must get all the plaudits from me,and shows some on here that continually slate them exactly what they can do. We have to just move on from this it happens but no concerns from me on this Glasgow team we will be there or thereabouts at the business end. But we'll done to the Panthers on doing what nobody else has this season.
  9. Nothing against Pboro at all but as a Glasgow fan any result would be nice today a point and anything else is a bonus. Firstly hope it is a good meeting and all riders stay safe.
  10. Track grading did us no favours again, stopped any momentum and they packed it down that much it seemed to suit Ipswich far more than prior to that. You would have thought after last season they would have learned , they even admitted themselves that they got it wrong and it wont hapoen again. After last night it apoears they forgot or are unable to get things right frustrating is an understatement. Question to Ippo fans that see him far more than me, what has happened to Justin Sedgemen he looked like a junior in some heats not the rider i remember whilst with Edinburgh. But Ipswich fought back well mainly thanks to the Glasgow teack crew in preparing the track to suit there needs.
  11. To be fair when you read some other fans points on other threads it appears that it is widespread at most tracks. Seems to be more poor than good at the minute.
  12. McGregor was let loose on Sarj at Glasgow a couple of weeks ago and didnt dissapoint.
  13. A bit unfair, Michael Max is the good presenter.
  14. We only get annoyed by important people and people that have some credability on here, and before you say it there are not many on here that qualify. And it has took me that long to type this on my phone my reply to the Scotsman is now 3 posts later really amnoys me that.
  15. I can see what you are saying but the one that stood out for me was George English was in the pits with him last night , surely given that he was George must have accepted no wrong doing from Steve and that he knew there was the chance he was going to give last night a go. I agree that had he ridden for his club on Sunday we in all probability would not have won but as i said we were in the right place at the right time.
  16. Have you met the entire Scottish population to back your theory up. Thought not i could think of a few names for you but children your age may still be logged on.
  17. Possibly but you cannot underestimate or dis-respect any team , i would have bitten your hand off before the meeting for that result so from that respect i am delighted with any win.
  18. How can we be disappointed with any away win don't understand your logic. But agree with you Newcastle would have won if Steve had been riding , but as someone pointed out in another thread it is being in the right place at the right time and the luck that goes with that.
  19. PMSL . Really depends how big the park is , this determines how huge the stroll is.
  20. Apologies on the double whammy above on your previous post , you breath on a Samsung and it goes into do what i want mode.
  21. Heard there may be one planned for July when i am in Tenerife starting to feel unwanted.
  22. I have he is looking into it and will announce his punishment sorry I meant judgement in due course.
