Anders is a good shout. What does a 8.29 championship average from 2016 convert to? Gorzow are in the play-offs though, not sure they will let him ride. Anders has a habit of getting injured.

Pawel Przedeplski is the best rider available, only riding in Sweden now. I think he would come in on a 7 point average. Would be expensive, but would be a real statement. He also has British league experience from his time at Leicester. We have had good crowds all season, Buster should use some of that money to try and win us our first league title since 2006.

Why do people compare us to Poland? Speedway is a much bigger sport there. Do Polish people compare their football team, cricket 11 rugby squads and boxers to GB?

Rob Lyon is a very good manager. If he wins the league this year, he will join Trevor Swales in all time great Panthers' managers. Trevor has the edge though in my opinion, purely down to the way he used his double point tactical rides in 2006 vs Reading. He executed them perfectly.

Not everyone is retired. A lot of people have to finish work. I'm tied up in Canary Wharf until 6, meaning the earliest I can get to the Showground is 7.30.

One idea to make up for the lack of summer nights is running double-headers? Make it an entire day's worth of activity for the family. You could hire a clown and bouncy castle for the kids.

One thing is for certain, if Wolves finish top, they will have done it through luck. They are not the best team in the league.
