I think Rose should be in as an asset of a EL club but if for any reason he is missing then would love to see Ritchings given a go. Will the Pole turn up? Could be some dark days ahead if we can't get a suitable replacement lined up.

Fair enough but if May vs Pac was free on the Sat night but postponed 24 hours and then put on PPV you wouldn't be happy. Like you say it's choice at the end of the day. I have the full sports package, box nation and racing UK so I'm not shy when it comes to subscriptions! You have to draw the line somewhere though.

I can't believe I'm going to do this but I'm going to stick up for her!! People who have the full sky package to include Eurosport pay enough money each month. This meeting would normally be available on one of the channels we pay for so why is it unfair to expect to be able to watch the final somewhere without an additional 6 quid charge? Yeah it's only 6 quid but it's the principal.

I think you know what meeting us Swindon fans were on about and it's certainly not the meeting at Brandon. I can't even remember anything about any rain that night. I think most people just accept a defeat and can move on in life rather than harp on about it for ages. But if you can quote a post from at least 1 Swindon fan showing that they were on about the Brandon meeting rather than Blunsdon I will apologise. To me the problem is the heat 10 rule. Using Swindon as an example, last season we had the meeting against Cov when it was peeing down by heat 9. We had no way of winning so we wanted it off and Cov wanted it on. That's understandable. Then look at the Swindon BV meeting which was on sky. We were winning and again it was peeing down. The roles were suddenly reversed. If there was no heat 10 rule then these situations wouldn't happen. Last night would probably have been called off before it started because it was obvious 15 heats wouldn't be finished. Instead there was probably a discussion saying let's get through 10 which is just wrong and robs the paying public. That's not Poole's fault. They just benefited from it last night. I also think team managers and riders need to be a bit more consistent. If it's dangerous then it's dangerous whether you are winning or losing. You can't be happy to race in the rain one week and then complain the next.

Haha that is the most dramatic anti Poole post yet!!!! Blaming the crowd on them!!!! Got a feeling the bad weather and the combo of full price and it being shown on sky might be the main reasons! But if you really believe that then fair play!

This is reminding me of the Swindon Cov match last season and I seem to remember Havvy and the Cov mafia giving Rosco sh*t about wanting it off after 9 heats. Look at the f*ckwit now!

Despite the fact Wolves have been in the top 4 nearly all season (!!!) we have to be winning at places like this when their top FTR is missing and isnt replaced like for like. I seem to remember Zengi having a couple of good meetings there in the past so if he scores alright I can see a 4 pointer for us. God help us if we can't take advantage of a weakened Wolves! Brum will be intolerable and Steve0 will have to leave the forum!

He has guested for so many of our own teams over the last 18 months that you would hope a collection is organised at every EL track. He deserves it.

Have you only mentioned this again so I have to say that you were right?! To be fair to ER I said we would never win the title with Steady in the team so I was well and truly made to look stupid. I wasn't too displeased about it though!
