What has going to meetings in the early seventies got to with anything ? you don't like the new rule as you said it can make the score closer so I ask you again what is the most extra points you can score under the new rule and what was the most you could score under the old rule seeing your such a expert on old speedway it won't take you long to come up with the answer ..

Tell me what the most extra points you can score from two extra rides you can score now ? then tell me how many tac subs you could used in the old days and times that by 3 and tell me what that adds up to ? .also using tac subs you could pick and choose what heats you could put your riders in unlike now where you don't get a a choice .As for your last point yet again you have defeated yourself again as if the old rule was still in place now how could it be fairer as you would still not be up against a top class number one or a heat leader would you ?

Because they are better than what they have ...no need for other riders as the four picked were easy good enough to come second and maybe first in the race off, the trouble was due to good management and team spirit they rode well above par unlike the GB who due poor management by middlo rode well below par .

Your correct you can only work with what you got so with that in mind we should be beating the USA ect hence why people think Middlo is doing a poor job ..No one expects to win the world cup but we do expect to beat nations who only have 12 pro riders .
