Not get beat by USA.

Well the tac sub should have been used in heat 3 I thought everyone knew that the reason being that we might not have had the chance again and it was are best rider without hancock in gate 1 .

Of course it is ...was there any supporter out there tonight that thought we would come last tonight and get beat by the usa ? of course not, but then you come along and start talking about the result being the same no matter what we did and we got beat because of lack of depth etc ...even thou the teams we got beat by are much worst off than us on that score .

Do you really need someone tell you why the USA are weak ? we did not just got beat we came 4th to third world nations in speedway ...no point going on about lack of depth and engine tuners etc etc as the teams that beat us are worst off on all fronts to us .Middlo also made complete mess of the tac ride as well everyone bar you saw that as well as getting the team wrong both times .

I guess most people would want to beat the usa and the lats are you telling us they have strength in depth and there teams on paper were better than us tonight ?

Yea lack of English football players are Killing the English national team I can remember when nearly every 1-11 was English players in the 70's and we never made it to one world cup in that time ...We have the same debate about speedway time and time again and I always give the same answer if your good enough you will get a chance, no one in UK is being stopped by anyone . Where speedway in the uk is going wrong is not getting people into the system in the first place .get that right and the rest will come .

And as I said when in the old days when you could bring in a world champion for a reserve as a tac sub that was great and the new fans found it really fair and came back each week .

As have been pointed out all sports have silly and complex rules .Most don't come back because they find speedway boring or don't take to it , to say it's because of the tac is rule is laughable ..no doubt in the old days these new people found the old rule fair and great lol

Same happen to me at a cricket match ,saw two new people there deep into the second innings when it started to rain . the first team had score 150 and the second team were 80 -4 at the time the game was call off with the team who batted first declared the winners. The newbies asked me why that was and I told it was because of the duckworth lewis method ,they then ask how could this be fair because the second team had not had the same amount of overs as the first and it was stupid and were never coming again .

Not at all . you said everyone knows that betting on individual scores are mugs bets . As I said who are these people ? bar you I can't think of anyone who reckons they are . i admit it was a bit strange if they did not put match odds up but i guess they had there reasons .

On looking at Kennett form this week I have to say you can't have in the side ..my view was that even thou he was not that good there were not that many people better than him ...but looking at his form I now find it hard to find anyone worst than him at the moment ,,bad times for Swindon

Not sure what he has done outside the uk has to with a match that is taking place in the uk you lost me on that one ..you can pick the bones out of Kennett ,Barker and King's speedway but the bottom line is they are all average around the same and I expect would score about the same not very many . As I said like most I would have gone with Worrall but there is hardly anyone who's a lot better than Kennett who should be in his place. A much of a muchness imo .
