If it was the only way of keeping speedway at Berwick because if it closes it may close for good NL wages would be minimising costs and with some local riders you might get a few more through the door better something than nothing

You wonder if they would go NL won't lose money if it kept the same fan base look at Eastbourne and Birmingham paying decent money to riders and crowds are up and both teams in league finals better some speedway than none and could be plenty local riders in the future with the new training track being built up the road

They always new it was short term but should have been looking for a new track but pretty sure they will get one more season at Armadale but you will struggle to get a new ground/track and get it ready for the following year

Stewart put the same amount of water as last week but last week it seemed to dry up quicker but this week it did not and only made the outside to sloppy and stopped any run around the fence for the likes of Nike and The rest when they are behind which they can normally do most of the racing was around the inside not many went outside until last few heats the riders like it grippy around the outside but today it was just not there

With the likes of Eastbourne Birmingham that dropped down to NL over the last few years and making a profit for the first time with better crowds than before because they have a picked a decent team even thou they are rumoured to be paying decent money for their top riders to have a winning team on the track would the worky fans still turn up if they moved to NL and had a team that was winning and competitive with the only training track across the road they could surely bring on there own riders
