Well , at least it was a win , just ! My opinion, we ought to be winning by more really. Summary for me , Some OK racing but nothing particularly spectacular. Some shockingly poor refereeing, for both teams! Danny King , never looked like being beaten. Eddie Kennett , seriously off his game tonight. Other no2 to no5 riders, hmm reasonable but nothing more. Reserves, outscored by opposition again, but both are newbies so no issues with that at all. And some noise and fun was had by the BSF massif , long may it continue!

Snap on the shorts front and I can actually hear the music coming from the speakers!

You seem more of a crochet or cross stitch man to me Baldy! Mind you, you could do with knitting yourself a nice little wooly bobble hat for the colder months.

Rather annoyingly I went into my garage (sorry junk/garbage/the place where stuff goes to die storage area) looking for noise makers and try as I might I can't find my vuvuzela or old football rattle anywhere. I've failed miserably in my attempt to come to the party tonight! Hopefully somebody will have something spare?

To be fair, I would like the new No7 to be anyone that can actually score an odd point or two when 4 riders finish a race! That would be like a kinda new or very rare occurrence this season.

I've got a nice cook at home curry In the fridge. I might save it for Thursday and come prepared to make some noise and be aromatic.

Could be interesting off track if not on it on Thursday, definitely looking forward to some banter and driving away the boring fuddy duddies from our little zone which should be open again. (they had the world hot rod championship there at the weekend)

As there's already alot of talk about this on other threads I thought id start this one up early. Which Witches will turn up? Will Danny be using a 125cc or a 250cc while saving his best bikes for Cardiff? Will Eddie Kennett get beaten? Will Ipswich hit 40pts? Will Peter Karger get a maximum? Will we lose Ht2 5-1 again? Will Morten leave the white line? Will we actually see some Speedway after a month without? Just a few of the many questions that could be answered by about 9-30pm on Thursday. Over to you guys and gals.

At least we might have a reserve that can compete with the Rockets reserves but if the top end of the team don't turn up again we'll get battered again!

Whatever happens with the Witches next season surely it's got to be better than this year? We've made 3 changes and still not producing better results! There's got to be something wrong behind the scenes that's effecting performances, although you'd like to think they still want to earn as much money as possible Totally baffling and depressing at the moment!

Always hopeful of a decent Witches performance but this season? God knows which Witches will turn up!

I know the no7 has to be a National league 3pt Brit but at 3.01 Paco nearly qualifies and that is not what's required from a no6 in your team! I know he's a team asset (in the loosest sense of the word) but really needs to be replaced if we have any aspirations of making the top half of the table. Sorry Paco but as much as you're a likable lad I think you've had enough time to be improving and you're going the wrong way I'm afraid. Our reserves need to be scoring a minimum of 7 or 8 at home and 5 or 6 away or as a team we're stuffed, simple as that really.

Macca, we want more partying you can't stay away, we've got to keep the small but effective atmosphere going. Surprised but pleased at the result, mind you plenty of Plymouth experience in the team, reserves still pretty much useless which is why we struggle elsewhere, even at home! A win but still worrying times.

It's Murphys law that since it was called off there hasn't been a drop of rain in Ipswich, and been hot as well. I wonder if all the water has drained/ dried out by now?

It's gonna an early call off to avoid travel me thinks, Foxhall will be flooded in this weather!
