  1. Boys will be fired up for the meeting tonight and to maintain the form shown just now against dry house
  2. Was well worth paying the 4 quid for, great stuff from the Panthers, rye went backwards and deserved after len refusing to water the track as might become slippy apparently, bollocks! Car parks a joke ain't it? Could get lost in them pot holes! Lambert and mpt did a job on Kennett 15 nicely!
  3. Do you still have to pay to get in if you go the water works way? Always catches me out that bugger!
  4. I cant remember Nielsen riding the EOES before, so unsure how will do, also Covatti, is hit and miss, Greenwood can score alright, also Lambert, well before he blew his best engine anyway! Lawson has a good track record around our place, can ride the dirt well, certainly stronger than Olly, stronger than Lasse, tough call.
  5. As I have said before, Rye are running a business, and how they do that, is there choice, but for missing out on say 30 panthers fans, at 16 quid, for the sake of 4 extra quid, doesn't make good business sense.
  6. Exactly, as you'd be saving money long term, its a win'win move.
  7. I'd say Heeps and Gino are your 2 riders that you need firing, I'd have faith in King and Tungate. Could come down to the reserves, which tbh looking at it, is a toss up, maybe slightly favoring Ippo with the potential Covatti has.
  8. Once a month at Brandon maybe, but its the same price, if not cheaper at the rest of the tracks that do Brisca and Stockcars. Definitely a better package watching them to Speedway.
  9. You wont please everyone, lets face it, and how else can/will you prove your a fan of the away side? Chances are, if your going to the away meetings, and quite a few, you own a season ticket, as your a dedicated fan. As you said in another post Shadders, every club does double headers, and majority of the time, there is someone that will lose out.
  10. DONT get me wrong, I'm not moaning at Rye House promotion or anything, end of the day, you run your business how you want, but if was me, I'd rather have fans coming in for something, rather than not coming at all. Think for next season, EVERY team in the league, should do a deal, where if your a season ticket holder, you get 20% of when you go away with your team of entrance, that way, you will get an atmosphere, you will get fans coming through the doors that you might not have, it's a win win deal for everyone.
  11. Got an email from rye house saying unfortunately they won't be able to differenitiate who's paid and who's hasn't so can't drop the price and also that this meeting was in place first. Shame some on the ball promotors would of seen that problem and rather of had money in their pocket
  12. and tonight he has scored 2 points from 2 rides, getting beat by Doolan and Jorgenson so far, every dog has his day.
  13. Well I'm glad to see Robert for the season at the EOES, too see a rider of his age grow in stature, be nothing greater.
  14. Cant pull out surely, especially after Bowen guesting for you yesterday aswell.
  15. Here's hoping he does so Tocha, that's the part about Len anyway.
  16. Agreed, unless we can win away at Rye/Somerset and Plymouth which wont happen, were just the spoilers now though.
