No.... its called common sense. I don't agree with that Australians have a 7.00 average now, as like Spinny has said, there loyal, and sadly will see less given the chance, BUT as the rules come in this season, then you have to play to the rules.... how hard is that to understand? So what gave Somerset the idea that he would be a 5.00 rider then Starman?

Yeah.... it is tough, as Rules are in place to keep people in order, without Rules, there would be no order. I don't agree that Australians should come in on a 7.00, maybe a 6.00 as there a better standard mostly than the Germans/Finnish riders, but as the rules this season say 7.00, then you have to deal with it, so I ask again.... as you cant answer a simple question, what gave Somerset the right to think this wasn't the case? Because all Ozzy's are now on a 7.00, pretty simple really. Has Holder got british or a European family member.... no, so you cant bend the rules ala Sheffield, so he's a 7.00. I'd of ditched Charles Wright tbf, as don't think will get his average, and think Holder could get near the 6.50 mark.

Sign another rider on a 5.00 average, just pick carefully this time

I think you would sign Holder on a 7.00 IF he wasn't going to be a Poole asset, if you owned him, youd have him for 2 seasons, then sell him for 20k. Win win.

Just give us a rider who will give 110% and be competitive. Wonder what our riding order will be, will they stick Lewis and Lambert together? I'd personally go: 1. Allen 2. Roynon 3. Lewis 4. Ully 5. Lambert 6. Lambert S 7. Whoever.

The way he was riding, that was no way a fluke last season, I think this season if he can hit a 7.00+ average, which I think is possible, then that's a successful season.

Think Ben Morley is the best rider available for last place. We need a shrewd 3.00 reserve that's gonna nick points home and away.

Brings the whole sport into perspective watching that video, and saying that a rider isn't trying hard enough etc, I've been guilty of it in the past, but will certainly make me think twice commenting about a rider on here etc. Will certainly aim to be at Sheffield that day, and support Ricky, deserves that extra room and wet room to help him through this tough time, that's for sure.

If we're not signing Simon lambert I feel the team buildings fallen at the final hurdle sadly. As who could of expected such a good top 5 going in a month after everyone? Cudos too swales and ged for what they've done so far.
