  1. Redcar look very good this year and have a side who could fly around the showground!
  2. Hahahaha I thought he was somewhere! Agreed. I mean you've got 9.49 for 2 riders..... but I don't think you can rely on skornicki to score 7-8 every meeting
  3. Agreed, it's difficult to make even changes replacing them both IMO. Starke and Williamson maybe.
  4. But who else do you get rid off? Not ever going to be Masters/Lindgren. Maybe Thorsell, Howarth would be very harsh! Numbers game end of the day.
  5. Sack Skornicki and Greaves and get a decent reserve in, this is a recipe for disaster this line up for Wolves currently
  6. Fans moaning about Bailey who as said above, was his first meeting back from taking metal work out of his shoulder, yet: MPT only managed 7? Douglas only managing 6+2 and your experienced reserve constantly falling of his bike? Still, you moan at that 2.00 rider in his first meeting back from injury.
  7. Tbh BWD is probably one of the better reserves in the league and could be a great rider but world class, do one knobby..... thought things were to quiet without morriseyfan Great win! And to think Hansen and Lambert have only score 4 points between them. Although Fritz wont have a worst meeting all season at home.
  8. The way you moan constantly about the Panthers, a side your meant to support, I wish we wouldn't of signed you. You seem like one of those where the best isn't good enough, if we won 74-16, and Lambert was the one that dropped the point, you would call for his head. We are 2 meetings into the season, and its started already. Support the side, support the riders, don't be negative, as IF the club ever went the way of Coventry/Oxford/Newport, what would you have to complain about then?
  9. Good performance tonight all round. A lot more to come I feel when the riders are dialled in. Encouraging signs
  10. Schlein looking sluggish, Newman aggrevating an injury, oh dear witches........
  11. There will was and Ged has said will be purchasing extra tills so keep your hair on..... two meetings into the season, Christ
  12. Don't think it's knocking personally aslong as there is a valid point and not getting personal etc. It's just a valid discussion. Most car parks you have to pay now though.
  13. You wasn't allowed to last season, and the Showground threatened to stop Peterborough Panthers using the EOES if fans continued to do so. Yes, its pretty pathetic, but welcome to the world we live in, where individuals will try and do anything for a trip and a claim.
  14. TBH I don't even bother with programmes where ever I go. Internet, and also being sad to know who will be in what heat anyway. Parking is down to showground I believe, as that's been asked before, and its beyond Geds control. Food has and will always be overpriced, again, the showground, no options either.
  15. Don't let them stop having a go at the team after 1 meeting.... against stronger opposition.
  16. Really? King - championship leagues best rider Kerr - 3rd heat leader Garrity - number 1 Lasse - 3rd heatleader Kenneth - premier league heat leader Bates - second string at reserve and loves eoes Sarj - second string How did people think would be much closer???? Who realistically could Lambert/BWD and Bacon beat today??? Christ get off the riders back, one CHALLENGE meeting, against a team who should be in the higher league..... it's ridiculous. After April then we can start questioning things if needed.....
  17. Moaning by fans that aren't Coventry or Panthers aswell..... The meeting was always going to be lopsided but it was honoured to give Coventry Fans a chance to see there team. Yeah it would of made sense to face someone more on our level which would be competitive but as mentioned above, it's just about getting used to being on your bike again. Bring on the next meeting against Scunny which will be more competitive.
  18. Definitely was the way to go! Great signing in Kenneth, struggle to find better second strings than Sedge and Bjerre!
  19. Agree, not when you can have riders like Bjerre and Wozniak potentially. Bjerre on a 8.22 average or Worrall on a 8.49, not a hard choice.
  20. You have to sign Bjerre, he's made a come get me plea to sides etc and will genuinely make Belle Vue title contenders imo
  21. I reckon so, lots of posts on Facebook with a countdown to next Sunday etc
  22. All the best to Richard Hall and his family. The injuries suffered by his dad sound horrific.
