If so, that’s 16.37 for the last two riders.
But they won’t find any unless they can get a PL convert like Hans Andersen or Klindt.
So it’s probably a 39 point side at best.
So Lindgren will come back instead of Thorssell?
Doubt it, as he’s been quoted as saying he’s only doing Poland.
Woffinden? Nope.
So who’s coming in?
Or have Wolves just blundered by signing Nicol instead of Nichols?
Maybe CVS misheard Pete Adams?
Really?
Berge was 4.92 at Redcar when he signed for BV in August 2018 but he came in on a 4. The converted average would have been under 4.
Wells finished this season at Poole on 3.66 but the BSPA has changed it to 4.
Nicol should be 4.
Morris has gone down from 8.87 in 2017 to 6.6 in 2018 and 5.38 this year.
That suggests a trend.
Nevertheless, if Masters and Thorssell are to follow, who is the new 7.5 point rider?
Klindt?
With a bit of practice he’d be good on the inside line.
Anyway, hopefully Rosco is considering him and either of the other two or Stefan, with Mountain or Kemp. That’s looks to be as good as it gets.
All three of these appear to be PL 4 pointers:
Wells 7.05 CL,
Jordan Stewart 5.74 CL,
Jonas Jeppesen has never achieved an average.
You may take the view that the bottom two are young improvers that will be more successful than Lampart in making their mark in the 1 to 5, but I think Wells is the better bet.
Having said that, I’d be happy if we got either of the youngsters as an asset.
