  1. Poole taking the cautious approach and not scheduling their first Home competitive meeting til end May. Maybe a couple of 'challenges if rules allow, with fans..
  2. He'll probably be at Middlo's. If not Matt Ford will probably sort something out for him. They are great buddies after all!!
  3. Yes sorry I phrased that a bit wrongly. I wonder if the 4H/4A will change in what in effect will be a curtailed season. Also being new to the Championship do Cup and League scores both count or is it just League?
  4. It was done geographically to cut down on too much travelling!! Winners meet Eastie or Kent!
  5. There will probably be an announcement that for Team Building purposes (and to assist Plymouth in tracking a reasonable team) the maximum Championship rider average will be 12.00 The actual (converted) average will probably be used in the rolling averages calculation once enough fixtures have been completed. Where theres a will theres a way!!!!!
  6. Plymouth v Poole home and away in round one of the KO Cup.
  7. Unless you get a circuit that riders describe as 'smallish but rides like a big track'?! Anyway Plymouth v Poole in round one of the Championship KO Cup (2 legs) - winners to meet Eagles or Kings in Quarter final.
  8. Just taking it from the Poole website re 4th place to Poole reserve Ben Cook. Maybe it meant Cook 4th re the number of points scored ie Jack 15; Brady got 14 points.........?!
  9. Well done to Poole reserve Ben Cook who finished 4th top scorer (inc.engine failure) in the NSW Championships with 12 points behind Poole assets Jack Holder (15) and Brady Kurtz (14).
  10. Well done to Jack Holder winning the NSW Championship title.
  11. Well done to Brady, 2nd behind Jack Holder in the NSW State title.
  12. Had my Oxford jab yesterday - all good - and was told to expect the appointment for the 2nd jab after Easter!
  13. Just for clarity Poole stadium and Swindon are different in that Poole Stadium is owned by the Council and currently leased to Stadia UK who are also running the car park and the nursery under the 'old' main grandstand. They have stopped greyhounds permanently though!!
  14. Matt Ford was asked about this proposal and said on twitter that it was about 4 years old, which was before the developer fell foul of the local plod on more than one occasion!!
  15. It does say that, but no worries you have got Lewis Bridger!!!
  16. According to this week's Speedway Star, Bjarne was also approached to join Kings Lynn, but chose Peterborough as he prefers the track there.
  17. No planning application yet and I haven't seen the Council requesting expressions of interest. It appears that the one director of the company has a very chequered past. Unless of course he is part of Matt Ford's 'consortium' to take on the whole stadium?!
  18. Suggest you pose that question in the international section.
  19. If Hans is in the Polish 2nd division (albeit for a team based in Latvia), the rule still applies that he can only do 2 other leagues
  20. Poole website wishing Zane Happy Birthday today and saying 'we look forward to seeing you on track soon'! ...and Poole confirm that Josh MacDonald will miss out on a team place in 2021.
  21. Is this a real official list as there is no official BSPL/SCB logo to be seen? Or is it simply someone's attempt for further debate/argument/negativity?
  22. Notwithstanding that the traditional programme sales and advertising revenue are a vital income to many clubs - especially those that don't own their own tracks - as they only have turnstile sales, advertising and sponsorship monies to cover their costs. I'm not sure that charging for an app would be very economical? I'm all for new technology but only if it can be viable.
