Who will win in Slovenia?
London Witch replied to Triple.H.'s topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
1. Scott Nicholls 2. Nicki Pedersen 3. Tomasz Gollob 4. Greg Hancock -
What happened to pride in appearing for your country... And I thought the Americans were top of the list when it came to patriotism! :? I'm really hoping that what I'm reading here doesn't happen. Totally agree rabbit. Lets hope its just another of them rumours!!

Gollob to quit GP series?
London Witch replied to steve jones's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
I felt Tomasz was harshly excluded. I also felt he handled the situation far more sensibly and maturely than he once would have. As we all know, the ref wasn't going to change his decision which ever way Tomasz reacted. We're all seeing a different Gollob this season and good luck to him. Lets hope he doesn't pull out because without Gollob, Hamill and all the injured riders the GP just ain't right. -

British GP - An honest opinion
London Witch replied to ezekiel's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
The fans were definitely up for it, the trouble lay with the organisers and presenters. There was no encouragement from them for audience participation. Where was "Who let the dogs out", "hey baby" and "Rocking all over the World"? I'm no Nicki fan but I felt he was short changed on the winners presentation compared to the last few years. I had a great time, I thought the racing was pretty good and I was determined to enjoy it no matter what. Scotty was obviously my star of the evening and I wonder how he must have felt having the backing of the majority of the Stadium. We're proud of you Scott. Glad I'm typing this as my voice isn't back to full strength yet! -

Great story Matty. I just wonder what TRicky would have said to you if it had been Mrs Trick coming out the room first!! -

Maybe its because its the third time this season the word has been used on Sky. We're all getting used to it now! -

Hey Jo, we're 4 rows behind you, so you'd better be careful what you do with that banner of yours! Or else you could add Scott Nicholls name to it just to be on the safe side. -
I'm not taking sides, I don't want anybody banned and if I don't like the way a thread is progressing then I don't bother reading it any more. Simple as that. However everyone seems to have forgotten Lioness. I read Shazzys posting before it got deleted (Shazzy-this is nothing personal ) but as a mod, in my opinion, Lioness had no choice but to delete it.

I got a nice e-mail from Jim yesterday too. Thank you. As Gem says don't leave the Forum.

Difficult choice to make. Personally I'd have gone with David and Bomber, but I'll cheer on any Brit. -
Air horns at Cardiff

There wasn't a search, but you was asked not to take any bottles or cans of drink inside the stadium with you. -
Another project for Ribbons/Wilkinson on the cards here :?: It would be a dream come true for me. Good stadium, great facilities, ample room for a perfect size track, not to mention only 3.6 miles from home.

I have to agree with Hyde Road. I also used to like going to The Shay, Halifax.

We sure did Jo!
