Good result, & an amazing performance from Tom Bacon. How Lambert had 4 rides, only our team manager knows the answer. Quite funny in clubhouse after the meeting with Garrity bleating about the lack of dirt, making it hard to ride the outside. Just learn to ride the inside, like our boys.

You make a lot of good points regarding costs, & if a few of the younger riders took your advise, & kept their costs down in their early years, they would probably be about long enough to improve, & earn some money.

Very good meeting, with Glasgow unlucky to go home with nothing. Pleased to see all the riders walk away from a few bad looking crashes. Bacon has had long enough to master the Showground, & needs replacing.

So has Glyn been sacked, or not ?

He has had that luxury a few times, but he then needs to maintain that equipment, & curb his gambling.

Who would he replace at Workington ?

Its only the same as riding in Denmark. The riders need to earn a living, & will ride as many meetings as possible.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that Bomber wouldn't travel to Scotland for his home matches if he wasn't getting paid more money !!!

BWD couldn't be bothered to ride for Panthers towards the end of the season, & is now paying the price for his actions.

Once again proof she couldn't run a bath, never mind a speedway meeting. Not excluding Newman was even worse.

Decent match to start the season. Pleased with the speed the meeting was concluded, especially with the later start time.

Probably the worst team on paper in the last few years, in my opinion. Luckily, they ride on shale, so they have a chance to prove me wrong. Sincerely hope they do, because I don't like to see any team struggle.

Bacon & Grondal looks weak if they were the reserve pairing, in my opinion.
