i dont think it boils down to just that one thing though, sure its had a part in it but there are plenty of other factors that have seen the crowd dwindling too.

unfortunately you are correct, ive said it before but this season its especially obvious when the top four were basically guaranteed one month in, effectively sacrificing the whole season for 6 fixtures at the end of it.

I think this part is incorrect, it looks like Ipswich originally redeclared with Foord as a rising star, not as a guest. Presumably they then realised if they reverted back to Jenkins they could have Edwards guesting.
