I cannot find the play off details and results on the gb speedway website. I'm sure they used to be detailed in a section before, showing matches that had been played and the possible combinations of who would face who. I thought it was on the league table section. This is for all three leagues. Perhaps they don't do this now? Anyone know?

I hope you're right about riding sensibly for this one because they won't win the playoffs if this is their best. To be fair to Rob it was his 1st meeting back after a long layoff. But two last places for Drew is not good perhaps it was machine problems?

Anyway getting back to the meeting I reckon with almost a full strength team apart from no Jake, Kent could pick up some points on Monday.

So Saturday Kemp riding for Sheffield, Jenkins packed up, Ledwith assume not fit still and is Mulford grasstracking?

Just when you think you have overcome one hurdle another comes out of the blue and smacks you in the face. This has been a nightmare season for the management who put together such a great team with huge potential at the begining of the season. I know you should not ride if you could be a danger to others and yourself but they just quit with no notice, is this not letting the team and fans down. Other riders work through confidence issues. Probably their age I guess, we expect them to be like the more mature riders of old.

We have been told that Ablitt won't be riding again this season so more of Mulford who seems to fit the bill. Thank goodness Gilkes rose to the challenge and covered Jenkins performance last night. With Ledwith back and up to speed and if the rest of the team can stay free of injuries they have a good chance of winning the league

You never know this speedway after all anything can happen!

In that case I can see a Kent loss tonight for definite.

I see that Clouting is not riding now and in his place comes Chris Watts. Does that make things better or worse? Is he someone you have knowledge on S4S?

Bit early for this I suppose but there has been a preview of sorts from Kent. Would be nice to see the team and riding order. Take it that Clouting will be at reserve and Dan at 3 or 5. Why are we entertaining Luke Barnes again, thought he was out of his depth and machinery not up to standard? Where's Jake Mulford ?

S4s you have made a very good point. I've not taken much notice of number 8's as they never seem to be included /declared in team line ups these days. But thinking ahead and covering the possible scenarios it would have been good to have made the arrangements you suggested. I would just like reserves to be replaced by guests according to average as with others in the team. But then I'm from a simpler time speedway in the 70's.

Agree but the difference being that for two races the Kings only had one representative so were never going to be able to claw points back but at best stay as they were! Due to the silly 2 point rule the fans were robbed again. I'm so pleased I never wasted my money on this one Kent is expensive at the best of times.

Are you allowed a guest for a reserve? I think Kent were trying to get another unattached 2 pointer to comply with the rules.

What are Kent's chances tonight. I think it should be a close competitive meeting and maybe a point for Kent? Depends if our reserve s can pick up some points. Is Jacob improving or standing still?. Not seen him ride this year but his average must be about 1. Does anyone have any idea when Dan will be back seems a long time now?

Nathan has confirmed on Facebook that he is out for potentially 23 days so won't be riding tonight.
