Hi Dean, just a bit of history really. When Brian Foote packed up speedway he opened a motorcycle shop in Canterbury. He displayed his speedway bike with a sign on it . If you can't ride it don't touch it. I don't know how much interest it generated? At my primary school some of the Canterbury Crusaders came to our school fete with their bikes. Again don't know how influential that was. I was already a regular at Kingsmead as my Dad took me on Saturday nights any way and I was 100% hooked aged 9/10. On a personal note I regularly over the years went to Iwade and thank you for your efforts riding for us, didn't realise at the time how far you had to travel.

Wouldn't be the first time. No big surprise unfortunately.

Has Barney Kennet persuaded the Dugard family to get speedway back at Arlington?

Have Speedway futures got a new company to feature the sport on TV yet?

Who voted on the various categories, most improved rider, young rider of the year etc etc and when please? Must have missed an announcement.

Just wondered if Kent will be in the NDL next year?

Kent are asking for donations to get to the end of this season. Can't see them being around in 2024. Hope I'm wrong.

Unfortunately being realistic you're probably spot on with that prediction. But we live in hope.

Sam's can't seem to stay on his bike. Throws points away. Extremely frustrating to watch. Why do they keep persevering with him?
