  1. Got my tickets for the South stand as prefer to be on the straight and won't pay the grandstand prices. However, I thought the East stand prices weren't bad. You can't get most Premier League tickets for these prices. Next week is the Cheltenham Festival (4 days). A comparable ticket to the South stand is £90 per day and over £100 on the Friday. Their hotel prices are way over £300 per night. They get an average of about 50,000 a day. Yes, it's different! We all love speedway and to see the best in the world take each other on at the NSS is worth it to me for 2 nights. It's expensive, but in line. Wroclaw is brilliant also, signs are all around the town and it's great, but it's great cos they have a great track also. Lots love Prague (not been to the SGP) and I like the city, but the track is in general average (not always). I go for good racing and need to go to Torun which if prepped right is also excellent. I suppose we can all put a value on any trip, but one things for sure like everything in the UK. Prices will only go up. Most of us have a bit of disposable income and we all have decisions to make on how we spend it. 👍
  2. Only saw Les twice when I was a young lad on holiday at Weymouth in 1981. It was an Inter League challenge v Birmingham and he scored a 12 point max beating Hans Nielsen who my dad had told me was going to be a superstar (he got that right). I May be wrong but think he got a max in the other meeting I saw either week before or after? It always stuck with me that meeting and Les. RIP
  3. There should be no qualifying. I do not want to see Bewley, Zmarzlik and Kurtz racing each GP off the perceived best gates. A draw makes the whole meeting more interesting. I get why they did it, but please go back.
  4. Kvech's had his chance and so has Kai, so no arguments there, but I'd rather have Doyle at the moment as adds spice. Each to their own I suppose. One thing for sure is that the 3 wildcards won't be universally welcomed no matter who they are. 😂
  5. I agree, he has a big future and is moral U21 winner, but personally think it's too soon.
  6. He is the best junior, I don't think that's up for debate, but his average is false versus riders in the main body of teams.
  7. TBH it's a shame this Grand Final wasn't on TV over here. Stadium full and riders riding hard is a great spectacle, but getting people to watch it is the issue.
  8. Przyjemski's average is false as has all the junior races. Too soon for him. Becker would be a nonsence!!!! Get Drabik in if anyone from the Ekstraliga with no GP experience. Cerniak is not good enough and found it tough since put into the main team.
