Sounds fair but i reckon Si would ride in every race if he could. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and maybe Dave may of thought" i got that one wrong"... If he thought Jake was a better option for us to win the superheat why not go with him in 15? It was 42 42 and should of "edged our bets" by thinking "Ok Dougy must be odds on to win the heat and IF jake can pick up a place like he did in 13 then we win if not a draw is a good result on the night and then go with Dougy and Si" Edit... just remembered in Ht 15 Dougy had Simons back wheel in so i quess Simon didnt have one and there was no decent replacement?
