Yes he should come in on a 5 average. So the above team on that basis would not work.
-
If Riss rides over here next year I think he will be back at Redcar.....
-
Would put money on Wright, Riss & Kerr being the top 3. Plenty of spaces for Thomas yet in this league.
-
That's not what was said at the Silver Helmet in the pits. Robbie Kessler was looking after him and gave the impression he was in the shop window for a 2022 team place.
-
Not seen that anywhere. Thought they were like us and still had their full team to announce. Even if he has signed he can still double up with ourselves. His name is Norick Blodorn. Great prospect.......
-
Dont forget the young German. Looked great in The Silver Helmet and no one has signed him yet. Should come in on a 5. If Jordan Stewart does not come over he is a great option.
-
Whole Bears team to be announced at the clubs Christmas party on Sat 11th (which is a sell out). Charles Wright & Jordan Jenkins are certainties as we have just bought their contracts. Plenty of speculation above re the rest of the team. Which are all still possible as none of them have signed elsewhere.
-
Like the look of that team. Think it may just fit with the UK 2.5 % reductions.
-
Yes forgot about that I had him as a 3* RS but it looks like we are not having RS's in our league. So would leave less for the other reserve.
-
That would all fit with the new 42 points limit.
-
Possible line up:- Wright 8.28 (after 2.5% UK reduction) Riss 7.84 Kerr 7.67 (after 2.5 reduction) Blodorn 5 (think that is what he would come in on) K Andersen 5.87 (or J Stewart 5.48) Total 34.66 If the limit was again set at 39 (plus a R/S) that would leave 4.34 for a No 6 and Jordan Jenkins as the rising Star. Or 4.73 if Jordan Stewart was in in place of Kasper Andersen. James Sarjeant would fit that if we wanted him back. He could be a good shout as not a lot available at that level. Just a thought...........
-
Would have thought so.....
-
Yes he owns 25% and the Gladders brothers own the other 75% (Brian 50% and Eric 25%).

MPT declared himself fit to ride for Peterborough tomorrow. If he comes through that ok ? will he than ride for Redcar on Tuesday. If he does he will need to do 5 rides as he is one of the R/R rides for James S. Hope he is ok, but it will mean him riding 3 times in 4 days Mon/Tues/Thurs. With 2 dodgy fingers seems a bit of an ask.
-
Would have though it would be R/R for JS and Guest for MPT (Ben Barker fits looking at the averages). Plus Ryan Kinsley is due to ride for Kent that night. Do they get priority as their meeting was in place first. Could Redcar use a 3* rising star i.e. Leon Flint to replace Ryan who is on a 3 point average? If they could may make for an interesting night.
-
Like that line up. Would prefer Kemp to Sarj on current form. I to think the averages will be slashed to make more of a difference between the leagues. That is if we have 2 top leagues next year. Plus will need to see what the Rising star rules are next year.
-
Yet another reason why the BSPL should be completely independent. Scunny to buy Jake from the BSPL. Who is the chairman of the BSPL. No Bias in that then???
-
Rising Stars should have to use their actual average when guesting. To stop the silly use of guests with double the average of the rider they replace.
-
Will Edinburgh now declare Rowe fit again for Sunday. When they will have Kemp back and not Flint available at reserve (who could have taken 3 of Rowes 4 rides on Friday). I know its all within the rules but the stupid rule re rising stars is ridiculous. They should only be able to guest on their actual average not their star rating which was decided before the season started. All other riders have to use their current average when guesting.
-
Hope MPT is fit after his hand injury on Monday riding for Peterborough. If not it will have to be R/R which would disadvantage us.
