If that was to happen it would rule out Adam Ellis (& Jake Allen) as guests for M P T due to PL finals. Plus is there a dogs meeting on on a Monday?
-
Yes good to see Jordan back on form. If we can say get Jake Allen (who also was one of the joint 2nd top scorers with Jordan last night in the pairs) in for MPT on Fri/Sat we should have a great line up to face Leicester. Especially with Broc Nichol in for Nathah Greaves.
-
Said afterwards that it had been between Somerset & Redcar & he put it to the riders who would they like.
-
I understand that Leicester let the team pick the opposition. May not be the best idea as they may know which tracks they ride well but not necessarily the ones that other riders do well at.
-
Jake Allen in both legs sounds like a good option to replace MPT to me. With him plus Broc Nichol in for Nathan Greaves don't think The Bears will be weakened. Watch out The Lions. The Bears may have been knocked down losing 3 riders to injury last weekend but they are far from out. You may regret your choice of opponents........
-
They do it is based near the entrance. First thing you see.
-
Pity Broc's average will be to high come 1st Oct to replace Nathan for the remaining Bears fixtures. Best option would be Nathan recovering for the October matches.

Newcastle vs Redcar 15/09/19 SGB Championship. 6.30pm

Ben Duffill quoted in the Teesside Gazettte today. Broc Nichol in to replace Nathan Greaves for both play off meetings against Leicester (the Bates Family are being very generous loaning us their Sheffield asset) Plus 3 quality No 1's offered their services to replace MPT. Ben Thinks we are making a positive out of a negative following the horrific crash at Newcastle. Just need a reasonable 2 pointer to replace Tom Woolley to make the 7 up. DON'T WRITE US OFF YET LEICESTER...... -

Think Matej Kus did it at Berwick also.... -
Great shout if MPT is out Ryan's average would just fit by .1. If not it may be R/R. Would rather MPT be fit for tomorrow.

Looks like MPT must be OK after his injury on Monday as he is top scoring as a guest for Peterborough tonight with 8 from 3 rides so far. Hope he can do that for the Bears over the next 3 nights. -

Bears may have only had 3 race winners but Glasgow had 9 last places that's why the Bears got so close....... -

Sheffield Vs Redcar 7/7/19 Championship
slyfox replied to TigerAl's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
That will make Tigers weaker. However the only decent guest on what is available would have been Danny Ayres (the way he is riding at the moment) but he is riding for Scunthorpe at Newcastle. Bears will be very strong with their new line up..... -

Anderson was not available tonight due to a prior commitment so was never going to sign till tomorrow. Will start his Bears career on Sunday at Sheffield -
Redcar v Leicester Friday 28th

Dont think Harris will be much more competitive than Richie Worrall round the MPA, so should even things up. Broc Nicol should be better than R/R for Jordan. May still have R/R if Tom Bacon is not fit. Going to be a hard one for the Bears anyway the way Leicester are performing. -
Will make a reasonable 3rd Heat Leader. Was under to much pressure at Birmingham as No 1. Rides the MPA well and will be happy to slot into the team.
-
Not really a 3rd heat leader.
-
Yes put the wrong initial. Meant MBA. JBA would not fit anyway.
-
That the Tom Bacon who is already signed for Redcar. I would go with JBA showed some great promise at Redcar last year and should progress well this season if given the chance......
-
Plus Kus & Phillips????
-
3 good heat leaders & 4 with great potential. Can only go,one way........
