He has talent without doubt. That was however only his fourth or fifth speedway meeting EVER! He did some winter amateur meetings at Scunthorpe then the Belle Vue Colts meeting last week and that's it! 1 National League meeting 0 Development League meetings 2/3 Amateur Individual meetings He obviously needs more experience, to develop physically and time but he will do very well for himself in my opinion. -

Can't see a thread here for this one so I'll provide as much info as I have. Jonas Andersen is out for the Bears and Mason Campton is out for us so it'll be R/R at 4 for both sides. Rasmus Jensen makes his Comets debut Line ups Redcar - Bjerre, Bukhave, Skidmore, Andersen, Bellego, Nielsen, Payne Workington - Wells, Jensen, Hansen, Campton, Vissing, Roynon, Williamson Line ups now edited for the 14th when both Andersen and Campton should be available.

Berwick Vs Redcar Sat 26th March
Comet Dan replied to allthegearbutnaeidea's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
The Comets meeting which was rearranged for the 30th April so this Redcar fixture could take place has had to be reverted to the original Scunthorpe league fixture. The Border Trophy second leg will be arranged for sometime later in the season. -
When you go to edit use "Full Editor" that will allow you to change the title of the thread.

Workington requires a mechanic for Rasmus Jensen for home and away meetings. Rasmus doesn't live here and flies in and out for his meetings, a van would be provided. If you can help please email dan@workingtoncomets.co Thanks.

The action gets underway on Saturday at Derwent Park in what is becoming our traditional opener against the Diamonds. Rasmus Jensen won't be in the line up until the official fixtures start against Redcar in the League Cup due to existing commitments so we will operate R/R for these pre-season meetings. If anyone can confirm how the Diamonds will line up it would be appreciated. Workington 1 Ricky Wells © 2 R/R Rasmus Jensen 3 Kenneth Hansen 4 Mason Campton 5 Claus Vissing 6 Adam Roynon 7 Matt Williamson Newcastle 1 Robert Lambert 2 Tero Aarnio 3 Matej Kus 4 Ludvig Lindgren 5 Steve Worrall 6 Lewis Rose 7 Danny Phillips

No, he is making himself available for selection when he is eligible for a Tier 2 visa, approx mid May onwards, to a team that has a sponsor licence and room to fit him in.

We are delighted to welcome Rasmus Jensen to the Comets http://www.workingtoncomets.co/news/article.asp?id=100607

When there's facts to report they will be reported, unfair on supporters, riders and promoters if things were talked about before they were complete.

We haven't got 7 points to play with Jenga..... Otherwise he was a cert!

Both parties were aware it was a Tier 5, Ty has since decided it's not the right option for him. It's understandable if he's looking for permanent residency.
-
A brief outline of the issue is that it is Ty's decision that he wants to continue with his residency qualification and therefore has to come on a Tier 2 visa. The problem is he needs to be out of the UK for 12 months after his previous visa expired, which was last May. He could come in straight away on a Tier 5 visa but is choosing to wait. We will issue a full statement later today.

But wouldn't the price of an 18 year old with a 6 average be far higher than a 38 year old with a 6 average? It can't be that clear cut.
